Townhome vacation rentals in Lake Simcoe

The room was just like the picture and sparkling clean! Edna and Terry were super friendly and helpful, welcoming me with warm greetings and great neighbor tour🥹. The location was impeccable and easy to find, I felt so lucky to stay with and had my greatest holiday here! This was a beautiful place with great views, only a 5 minute walk away from the village. It was clean with an organized bathroom and kitchen amenities. We weren’t missing anything. There was a nice fireplace with a lot of board games. Super cozy, and a great place to take photos. You also had access to a shared hot tub. Sometimes other people got rowdy at the hot tub, but that is to be expected. Overall this is a great place for families or get togethers for skiers and people that like great restaurants and social events. Thanks, Adam!

Beautiful home with lots of space and well decorated. Looks exactly as show. Very clean. Would definitely stay again. The chaise downstairs is so comfortable.

This is our second stay in the basement flat and it serves our purpose extremely well. Our family of three fits perfectly, we are walking distance to our family nearby and everything we need in terms of shops, restaurants and more is either walkable or a short drive away. Sam is very responsive and we are due to return for the end of our stay.

Everything was great - the location, space, amenities. Very clean and nicely decorated bedroom and bathroom. Highly recommend!

We felt right at home in Jill’s space. The home was exactly as described, the location was fantastic and Jill’s personal touches upon our arrival were so sweet.

We were so lucky to find this townhome in the perfect location to celebrate the wedding of our son. Plenty of space for the family to hang out and walking distance to places we needed. Host was gracious and had everything we needed to settle in for a long weekend vacation! Highly recommend

This was a perfect property for three units of our extended family to gather to attend an event in Pickering. A newer property, it offered all of the amenities one would expect, was clean and tidy, and very convenient to all the services we needed. We were in and out within 18 hours so didn’t really get to appreciate the living spaces or the kitchen amenities, etc. It wasn’t early enough in the season to enjoy the huge upper deck, but I could see that being a perk. We lacked for nothing, and would return without hesitation. We would recommend staying at this location. Vee

great space, large, clean, and newly renovated. great location, lots of public transportation options, parked our car and didn't use it until we checked out.

Accommodation was just as described. Perfectly clean. The host was excellent with communication, messaging at intervals to ensure all was well. I was in the area for work and would stay at the place again next time I’m in the area.

Unit matches the description and is a nice 3-level townhouse. Location was super convenient for our Lawrence Park family gathering. Parking spot in underground garage right located right outside basement door of unit was a nice perk. It worked very well for our two night family stay.

Everything is great only a small issue with the address missing the unit number that took us a little while to get sorted.

Yvvon was very responsive and quick to assist, which was a huge help during our stay. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of space for two adults and two kids. We would love to stay here again!

An absolutely wonderful stay! Had everything one could want and more. Linens and bed were wonderful, cozy, and comfy. Furnishings fantastic and very well appointed kitchen. Really can’t say anything negative and we will return! Thank you so much and being so quick to respond.

Ragini was always responsive, solved any issues we had and even helped to get a parking permit close by. House was as described with all the essential household supplies.

Clarence’s place was very clean and comfortable and extremely roomy. Check in was a breeze and the underground parking was also great!! There were a few snacks and beverages when we checked in which was an added bonus after traveling all day and not having time to scope out the neighborhood for corner stores. Would definitely stay there again.

this property is a masterpiece, cosy yet spacious with all modern amenities in place. plenty of everything . Fully stocked kitchen, toiletries and tools. It was a 5 star accommodation. The host was very helpful and promptly attended call out even though no emergencies actually occurred. This is a 5 star property and one of the best i have stayed in Toronto

We enjoyed our stay! We were in town visiting family and the location and space were perfect for us to quickly get to and from family activities. It was a nice spacious place that allowed us to have some extra space as needed.
