went their and stayed 3 weeks for work. it was perfect foe what I needed and being on the water was an added bonus! very enjoyable place to stay!

Our stay at Pam’s was so very nice Comfortable bed. Having washer/dryer Ami’s a plus. The lake view is BEAUTIFUL! Pam made everything easy and communicated quickly and well. We will be back. Did I mention, the view was Great?!

We had a wonderful time at Mellow Yellow! The home was clean, spacious. The kitchen had everything that you could need, and the home was exactly how it was described! Marie was very flexible and easy to work with, as well as excellent in her communication. This was one of our favorite locations that we have stayed at through Airbnb. We will absolutely consider coming back again as we plan our next trip!

Amazing place, great house. The only downfall was the amount of TVs with zero Wi-Fi.

While we felt the price was steep for 2 bedrooms, the house was pristine and even better than the photos convey. We were extremely pleased with the house, location, cleanliness, easy access, pet and kid-friendliness, etc. We would definitely stay again but potentially with a couple more friends to split the cost. We had 4 adults, a child, and our dog. There’s plenty of space for an air mattress or the cot for additional folks. We will highly recommend this place to friends and plan to return!

Great place on the lake. Brought our family of 5 and rotated a friend or two throughout the week. Brought our boat and 2 jet skis and the hosts were very helpful with ideas to keep them safely docked out on the water. Lots of space at the house for everyone to hang out together or in pockets. Plenty of room in the garage for all of our gear too. Hope to come back every year.

Had a couple snaffus outside of the host’s control (gusty winds and tornado watches) and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. The beds were remarkably comfortable and the patio was really as serene as the pictures. Thank you

Great family run resort. Perfect size and very welcoming. It’s quaint and very much has a small town feel. It was perfect for our big group of 9! Nice deck/grill/view of the lake.

Loved the location plus Frank communicated with me several times to check if there were any issues and to just check that we found the house and were able to get in. Will definitely check if his place is available if I need to work in the area again.

This was the perfect place for a family Christmas. We felt like we were on the set of a Hallmark movie! The cabin is quite large and has plenty of seating for wherever people want to gather. The kitchen was very well stocked and clean, the beds were comfortable and Brian and Allison were more than accommodating and quick to respond. We only wish we would had another couple days to spend there!

My friend and I had a great girls weekend away at Lois’s! Her cottage is adorable and cozy making you feel right at home. Lois thought of everything and was so helpful and responded right away when we communicated. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Lois!! -Annie S

Our farmstay was so wonderful. Emma has done a magnificent job with the design of this beautiful farmhouse - every room is magical; full of books and incredible views from the large windows. From the front porch swing, to the cabinet under the stairs in the Harry Potter-inspired bedroom, to the welcoming lounge spaces throughout is a joy. The pictures can't possibly capture the magic of this space. The highlight of our week was time with the horses - Angie spent considerable time with our two children (12 & 10), from teaching them to groom the horse to preparing the saddle, and then learning to ride in the pasture. Her gentleness with the animals was easily translated to the kids when they seemed nervous - we couldn't have asked for a better experience for them. Overall, a truly remarkable space with two truly talented people. We'll certainly return for more adventures as soon as we're able!

Mary Ann was an excellent host! She answered all my questions and made us feel welcome! This cabin was amazing! Anything you can think of they had it covered! Fire pit set up so we could easily light it , coffee bar and had fresh cookies ! My husband is in wheelchair and we brought ramps to get inside. Her and her husband met us there to make sure it would work for us ! Would highly recommend !

Heidy gave us a wonderful stay. It was worth every penny. If I was in the area I would stay again and again.

What a wonderful place! We loved our stay at the cabin. It's clean and cozy, and is in a beautiful location. Kevin was friendly and responsive. We would love to return on a future trip to Lafayette.

Amy is a fantastic host and her home is amazing and VERY CLEAN! She’s thought of every detail. All of the outdoor spaces are beautiful with plenty of seating. We loved having multiple decks to hangout on. Most of the beds were very comfortable (the bunk beds are good for kids but not great for adults). The pullout in the living room was surprisingly comfortable! The layout of the house is lovely, inviting, and the kitchen is huge with a large island. Definitely recommend booking if you’re looking for a relaxing stay.
