I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the essentials (and then some!). The location was ideal—a quick drive to great restaurants, shops, and other local attractions. This stay exceeded my expectations in every way, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to others. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable!

Dan was so accommodating for my partner and I. We were traveling to New Orleans to get married and Dan went above and beyond to make sure our trip went as smoothly as possible. I communicated with him often during our stay and it felt like talking to an old friend. I would recommend this listing and the host to anyone I know! We can’t wait to plan our next trip!

We had the best time experiencing the natural and urban cultures in the bayou! Henry’s place is amazing, clean, comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated and fun! Crabbing, fishing, hot tubbing, cooking and relaxing in…and venturing into NOLA was so easy with so much to explore …and a day beach trip to Bay St. Louis was a nice surprise with gorgeous and clean white sandy beaches for miles and a cute seaside town. What a gem of a spot! A perfect blend of relaxation and exploration! The perfect family adventure!

Our stay was great. It’s a bit off the beaten path. My kids loved looking for gators and other wildlife out back. It’s in the swamp so expect some bugs to be around, but nothing that isn’t manageable! Loved the place and would stay here again and recommend to others! Brandi was a very responsive host as well

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toys and bowls for my pups and local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great location. 5-10 minutes away from the airport. Easy to checkin Trevor was very helpful and commucative. Place was clean. We were three people in total I personally prefer a dark room to sleep the living area with the pullout sofa gets super bright in the morning so it's hard to get some sleep if you are a light sleeper. The place a lot of nice touches from the host. bathroom had all the necessities and some extra that I was not expecting that were a great surprise; the bidet was a nice touch I didn't get to use it tho. overall great experience and it fit my and my friends needs. thank you Travor for your hospitality

Sleepy lagoon was the perfect place for our vacation! It was close to so many good restaurants and was so relaxing. We enjoyed fishing the pond and walking to the river. The home was clean and comfortable!

This lovely space is a gem! Folwell’s communication made check-in effortless; coffee and water provided was a nice touch. This is a beautifully restored space which felt like our own oasis in the heat of New Orleans. This location is a perfect home-base to explore on foot and we took advantage of the French Quarter, Bywater, and beyond. We hope to stay here again when in the area and strongly recommend others do the same!

Enjoyed our stay at Erich’s place. Very cute! Great atmosphere for visiting and catching up. Very comfortable beds. Erich provided some recommendations on New Orleans sites to visit.

Joe was incredibly communicative and enjoyable to chat with. The place itself is part of a beautiful old Nola home right on historic Esplanade. There’s easy street parking, access to blue bikes, walkable to City Park and the street car, walkable to Bayou St John, to Parkway Deli, to…lots of stuff. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the place was clean, and it had everything you would need. Note that it does not have a full kitchen. Rather it has the kitchen amenities of a hotel room. But it’d Nola! You don’t need more than a mini fridge, microwaves, and coffee maker. Too much good food in the city to eat in the AirBNB. The area is safe, the street is lined with the majestic live oak trees creating a beautiful canopy over the road, and it’s just a great spot. Thanks Joe!

Paula's unit is spotless and beautiful. We were in NOLA during the challenging snow storm and Paula was absolutely helpful and accommodating. It's so nice to deal with a property owner that cares about her property and her guests as well. Needless to say, this place is highly recommended. You have a forever client. Thank you everything Paula.

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was really nice for what it was worth. The only issue was, the outside doesn't look to appealing. It looks disheveled and on a semi-busy street. If you are in the front 2 rooms (living room and 1st bedroom) you can hear the cars whizzing by. The 2nd/3rd bedrooms you can't really hear. The stay overall was very accommodating. The host was very responsive, the beds/linens were nice, comfy and clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but it did it's job. If you're on a budget, I'd definitely consider this for other guests.

Charle’s was extremely responsive and friendly ! The house felt safe, comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and everything I needed for my stay. There were pots, pans, a stove that worked great. 12/10 recommend it’s the best place I’ve stayed at in a long time. His instructions were clear for everything from finding the place to using the lock pad. Everything was labeled in the house which was very helpful! It’s also beautiful inside. And comfortable. I was very comfortable during my stay and I’m hoping to some back at some point!

Very happy with our stay. Location was very convenient for us. Couple minor items that would have made it spectacular- the microwave was dirty inside and out and the amenities said there was a hair dryer but there was not one that we could find. All in all, everything went smoothly and we had a great time in Baton Rouge.

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Marcus was very responsive in a timely manner whenever I reached out about something. The neighborly rooster was a bit loud in the mornings especially 5am every morning. The walls are thin so you do hear the neighbors walking around and kids running up and down the hallway which didn't last long and usually got quiet just around bedtime. I would definitely stay here again and explore new things around the city, the food recommendations that Marcus provided were good, absolutely loved all the food I ate on my trip.

This place is fantastic! Exactly what we were hoping for and more! CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL & A+ STAFF! We walked everywhere while here and felt right at home! The hot tub and pool were perfect at the end of each day. The weather got nasty but the courtyard and pool area were still wonderful!!Michael responds to messages ASAP and was super helpful! We will stay here every time we come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our very large family enjoyed this house. It has an unusual arrangement due to being able to rent individual rooms but once we understood the concept we felt safe and secure. Wished there had been a way to understand that before hand instead of being caught by surprise by there being another person. We never crossed pathes with the other person.
