This place is extremely beautiful . It has everything you’ll need , I mean things you don’t think of seasoning salt popcorn , all condiments. needed . Her home is Love you can enjoy watching a movie in the pool on their mobile projector , umbrellas in the pool on a step to relax in the water with a refreshment. Kids can play volley ball play on big rafts . It is 100 % the best place to stay . There is so much more to much to write . Thank you Megan for your hospitality and letting us stay in your home .

The space is right off the lake. It was exactly how the pics look but even better in person. The air was crisp, the fire pit on the patio was perfect for sitting out under the stars in the evening. We grilled on the gas grill and enjoyed our views. Of ever in the area, would def be back. Everyone was very nice in this small town. I felt very safe.

We had an amazing stay! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the house was warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. Darrick and Brittany were kind and communicative hosts, and everything was just as described. The highlight for us was definitely the pool and hot tub—so relaxing and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our weekend and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

The home is incredible and the host /Nicole was helpful and quickly responded to all messages before and after trip. There is nothing I can complain about. I wish it was my home!! I would love to go back!

Great place close to the lake,has good size yard for parking,clean on the inside and has a good lay out with several bathrooms and showers

Blair and Andrew were amazing hosts and made us feel right at home! They were quick to respond to anything questions we had. Beautiful house inside and out! Everything was super clean, spacious and all the amenities you could think of...just bring your clothes! The pool, hot tub, and lake view was the center piece of our family reunion hang-out spot. Every bedroom had a fully stocked bathroom which was convenient for the guy/gals rooms, and the ice makers with the huge kitchen that opened into the living room made it perfect for cooking and entertaining for everyone! We had our 18 month old granddaughter with us, and the house came with everything we needed. Plenty of parking since we came from many different states. I would highly recommend this house for large families or groups. We will definitely come back! Thank you for having us!

This is the second time we rent this house. This is the perfect summer getaway for a weekend with friends and family! We appreciated the numerous amenities, including the large firepit, the ponds and the boats available for use. Thank you to the host for having us.

My family and I stayed here this past weekend and it was awesome! We stayed in the Mermaid Cabin and the view was amazing. It was really quiet and peaceful, and watching the sunset was so beautiful. The host was really nice and friendly to us. We had such a good time and we’re definitely coming back. I totally recommend this place if you want to relax and have fun with your family!

Fantastic stay at Sunset Shores with my family! We grew up on Lake Athens and knew the area well. This is such a beautiful lot and the home (and dock!!) have been spectacularly renovated. Plus, the hosts clearly use the space because it has everything you could possibly need. I always favor lived in AirBnBs for exactly that reason. We will be back. Thank you, Shane!

This place was absolute amazing!! Very cozy and relaxing makes you feel right at home 😊! Great communication!! Lots to do and making memories!!! Sitting around the campfire was so relaxing and waking up to the view of the lake was so relaxing! Neighbors were amazing and very friendly!!! Had everything you needed. Including a washer and dryer was a plus!!! We’ll be back to stay!!!

Can't say enough good things about James & Lauren and the incredible home they have! The attention to detail, from the well-stocked kitchen & every bathroom to everything being labeled for easy identification and ease of being found well, it's what dreams are made of when you put your faith into choosing a home on the BNB site. So many BNB's can come up short by posting pictures that are outdated or that just miss the mark in how a home is described but not this gem! We felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door and could not have been more pleased. This is truly is a place we would visit again! The response time for every question we had was handled with care and an immediate response. The room layout is great for families. True comforts of home, large tv's in every room, phone chargers on every night table, a linen closet full of beach towels for outside lake activities & enjoying the hot tub. This home was a cozy, peaceful escape from the city. It was just as described and had everything we needed for a few days of R&R. The pond and trees made the location feel very secluded and like we had it all to ourselves. Justin was responsive and provided clear instructions for check in and for finding the house (which is a bit hidden). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Fox Cove was a wonderful place for me and my wife to spend time at for our wedding anniversary. The place was very cozy, peaceful, and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time at the boathouse, lounging, fishing, and floating. Although we brought our own, the drinks and food that was available in the fridge and pantry were a nice touch of hospitality. The property was also very nice for our dog, as she loved exploring and due to the secluded and roomy setting of the property, we felt comfortable allowing her to roam a bit.we also enjoyed all the wildlife, fox, raccoons, and birds. We really did not need anything while there, but Suzanne was great to communicate with. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy peace and God’s creation, this is a wonderful place to do it at!

Perfect! We stayed in the area for a wedding. Very clean, quiet and a beautiful place. We loved sitting at the boathouse each morning.

We had an amazing time on our 5th wedding anniversary (traditional theme is wood), surrounded by the woods. It’s a very special place, nestled in the piney woods. There was almost as many things to look at in the cabin, with all the art, as there was outside. Very secluded, quiet and peaceful. We’ll have to bring our kiddo next time for the awesome loft!

The house is amazing but the back patio is the real show stopper! We were able to cook all weekend and really appreciated how stocked the kitchen was with utensils and other items to make it easy. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway.

Very well kept home and had everything you would need on your stay. Beau was very responsive and friendly to all our questions. House was right on the water in a very peacefully cove free of all the boat traffic. Kids had a blast on the kayaks and fishing off the dock. We will definitely come back if we get the chance. Highly recommend this place!

Pictures do not do this home justice. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Check in was easy. The pier fishing was great Could not have asked for a better place to spend time with my family!
