Ro's place was amazing and perfect for my family! We appreciated the fenced in yard, spacious house, wonderful shower, and awesome decor! Some airbnbs have become almost cookie cutter with their decorations, but you could see Ro's personality with this house! Absolutely loved it!!! Would definitely recommend this place

Aaron’s house was a perfect fit for my family to stay for the weekend! Being a college student away from home, this house was just 2 mins from my dorms, very convenient!

Laura's home was lovely. It was plenty of space for our group of 5. Kitchen was well equipped, though we didn't cook, just ate on food we brought with us. Check in and out were simple and easy. The only criticism I have is that I wish more BNB renters would use unscented laundry detergents. I have a lot of allergies, and the towels and sheets had smells that bothered me, but wouldn't bother most people! It was still very nice, just as advertised, and we would stay again.

Felt like an authentic lake house. well stocked with non-perishable items, for example, even sunscreen (not that I didn't bring mine but if I forget something I end up running to Dollar general. didnt have to. Nice not to have to worry about running out of trash bags, coffee, dishwasher, pods, etc. Internet was great! 257 Mbps down, 157 up. ping 11 ms. Great speed for a remote cabin. about the disclosed cigarette smoke smell from a previous owner. this was barely noticeable upon first checking in, after the house had been closed up for a while but I never noticed it. again. it's not a problem. I definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for our large family! With two teenagers, fur babies, and my mom with us, the two separate houses made for the perfect stay. Aubrey was EXTREMELY helpful and if anything came up, she was responsive and handled everything quickly. This was an extremely stressful transition for our family but this air b&b made for the most peaceful stay while we combatted the stresses of moving across the country. Neighbors (though few and far between) are super kind and give that “welcome to the area” vibe! This is an old historical home that has cozy comfort needed for the escape we all want! Huge thanks to Aubrey for being so responsive and flexible! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Michael made contact, was quick to respond. I had an issue where I overlooked the No Pets. Michael was able to get me in another airbnb. Of course, I had to pay additional but it was a beautiful home, my kids loved it and the lake view was amazing.

We had the best time while at Dead Cat Ranch. We felt like we had the place to ourselves and that we were getting the VIP treatment. We are already planning a trip to return with the rest of the family.

The house is absolutely beautiful! Nicole was a great host & extremely responsive. We requested to check in early to set up for our daughters party & she was happy to accommodate!

We stayed here for my retreat farmstay bachelorette and I truly can't say enough great things. The house is even better in person than the pictures. I already want to come back because 3 days isn't enough. Destine was super helpful, responsive and kind. The property is truly something special that's one of a kind. I'll treasure my time here forever and hope to be back soon!

We had an amazing two-night stay at this incredible property! It has everything you could ever want—swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, ping pong, pool table, and so much more. There’s something for everyone, from kids to grandparents, so no one could possibly be bored here. Briana was a fantastic host and even let us check out late, which made our stay even better. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back. ❤️

What a beautiful Air bnb! We stayed one night during a cross country road strip and wished we had time for a second night. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful and there were so many toys and activities for kids. Inside the house was just wonderful…we felt so at home and there were so many lovely touches. We have stayed in a lot of air bnbs and this one really was one of the best. It had every kitchen utensil or kitchen equipment you could dream of, with drawers and cupboards clearly labeled making it easy to find things in new surroundings. Very comfortable beds and sofas. The surrounding area was pretty farmland and not too far from the highway and maybe 40mins outside of Dallas so perfect for us. I’m not sure if there was much around in terms of restaurants but with such a beautiful house we really didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect place to recharge our weary travelling souls and get back on the road…highly highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the outdoor space the most which had an extra nice touch with real plants and flowers. The extra parking right by the house was nice for my family to come and visit. Thank you for having us!

Jeff & Leslie have a beautiful little cabin surrounded by true beauty and peace. I enjoyed yoga on the dock listening to the sounds of birds chirping and water flowing. The kids loved the bonfire, and the little visitors we had. (Bunnies, birds, squirrels) overall, loved the location, the place had everything I needed. Not once did I need something they did not have. I cooked several meals and we had a nice time unwinding and relaxing away from the big city. Would definitely return.

This house was the perfect getaway for my wife, our 13yr old son and his friend. We enjoyed disconnecting and hanging out. The dock was nice and we really enjoyed the campfire. The house was as listed, clean and maintained.

Lovely and clean three bedroom lake cottage across the road from the lake, with good views of Lake Palestine from the house and 15 minute drive to Chandler. Good kitchen and bathrooms, beds are comfortable. Nice back porch, with shade in the morning. They have constructed a viewing porch above the new concrete covered driveway for even better lake views. It's peaceful to sit up there, or sit on the front porch and also view the lake. The road in front of the house is quiet, with little traffic, and walkable to both sides, good lake views during walks along the road near the lake. The concrete driveway was closed while we were there, so ask the hostess if the driveway is open if you need additional parking. Construction of the new driveway and shed looked mostly finished, but a new fence was in process. Also there is little drawer space for your stuff, you may have to live out of a suitcase. We stayed three nights.

Absolutely amazing! The bed was so comfortable, the place was clean, it was so private and tucked away. Perfect location too. Will absolutely stay again and can’t wait! The host was also super responsive.

Cute little place that had everything we needed. Host were super kind and allowed my 13 year old grandson who is an animal lover go feed with them each evening. He also enjoyed going into Rosy’s pin and playing with the animals.

I brought my 4 daughters by birth and my 3 daughters by marriage plus 3 nursing boys. Two of the husbands watched the other 7 children , so shout out to them. All the girls and I felt like we were spending the night in the Biltmore. Being surrounded by the cows was a treat. It didn't matter that the weather was horrible that weekend. We enjoyed just sitting around in the house. Thanks so much.
