The holiday apartment is located on the shore of a clear and drinkable clean Päijänne. You'll have access to all the amenities of summer cottages, ranging from air conditioning to sauna, and for an additional fee of 50€ per time, a large wood-burning lot on the beach. You can enjoy swimming, fishing, or otherwise just staying on the lake with a rowing boat, a canoe is also available.

The nearest neighbor is 600 meters away. The lot is spacious and bright. The car can be reached next to the building. The leisure home is for our own permanent use and we rent it while we're away. A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 by a stunning rapids. Soothing rapids ensure a relaxing visit to Koskenranta Helmi. The cottage is great for relaxing, fishing, or even boating. In the big sauna of the cottage, you can admire the flowing water, refreshing is easy to always be open in a permanent rapids or outdoor hot tub. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is next to shopping centers, conveniently close to all services. It is easy to get there and easy to leave, by bus, train and car. Private parking space next to the door. The apartment is on the top floor of the elevator house, on the quiet courtyard side and has a spacious balcony. In addition to Wi-Fi, there is a Chromecast and a large 4K TV. The double bed can be divided into two beds and the sofa bed is 140 cm.

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included, big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you (house rules).

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
