The apartment is in a great location on the shore of Lake Jyväsjärvi. The view from the apartment is wonderful! For at least one person, the size of the apartment is perfect and the sauna is a great plus. The apartment is well-equipped in every way. Henna answered the questions quickly. Great little cottage with a great view. The cottage lived up to expectations, and even without running water was great with a small child. Also a good place for a dog to keep free. Great grilling, sauna, swimming, and relaxation.

The dogs enjoyed immensely when they were allowed to roam freely on the island. Good steam in the sauna. Spectacular scenery and peaceful location.

Really lovely cottage milieu and lots to do. Clean, tidy, and well thought out. Everything you need has been thought out. The bed was done, which felt like a luxury when I didn't arrive until the evening. The adjacent highway is a pretty good part of the yard, but it didn't hurt much. The cottage can easily sleep four, but it can be cramped for more than two people in the rain. In good weather, the yard is so comfortable that there's no problem.

The cottage is beautifully quiet with private access to a small lake. The garden invites you to relax with its many different seating areas and loungers, the jetty is ideal for morning yoga. It is important to know that there is no real shower. But you can wash wonderfully with water heated by the stove in the sauna. The really well-equipped kitchen is great. Pans and knives are in great condition. There are also many spices and various kitchen appliances. Jaana was very friendly and helpful in written contact. We'd love to come back to this idyll!

Had an overall lovely stay with my partner in a spectacular location right by the lake. Astonishing views for both breakfast and dinner were served right through the windows of the cottage. The price is of course in accordance with these features, maybe even a little too much. It might have been the particular weather but it was quite challenging to get the sauna ventilation exactly to where it doesn't let the smoke in the room.

Gorgeous place, isolated spot but still in walking distance of bus to get to city. Cabin has everything you need. Will defo be back!

We stayed at Henna's apartment for the weekend. We received good instructions for check-in, which went well and flexibly. The apartment had everything you needed for a weekend stay. Full points for the location of the apartment: a stunningly beautiful environment and easy connections in all directions.

Merja's accommodation is very conveniently located if you plan to visit Päijänne National Park. It's a very comfortable place and it was pretty clean. Merja is very nice and friendly, her hospitality is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend staying here!

Extremely quiet accommodation, practically furnished. Everything you need is available. Special requests were responded to extremely quickly, kindly and generously. We enjoyed the time very much.

A lovely villa by the lake surrounded by forest :) The villa is new and has a modern cosy Scandinavian feel to it, with big windows. The garden was covered in snow when I was there, but probably really beautiful in summer with the grass and leaves on the trees. The lake was frozen so I could go on walks to the nearby islands, and also in the surrounding forest area. There is a main road close by where sometimes you can hear cars while outside, but otherwise the area is very peaceful. The hosts are very kind. They made sure everything was ok and helped out with different things. And their two little dogs are very cute. Thanks for the stay :)

Pert's place was exactly as described. The apartment is in a cozy area and the apartment itself is peaceful and clean. It's easy to get to by car, and there's a parking spot in the yard. Pertti was responsive and greeted with keys. Communication was straightforward. I definitely recommend Pert's place 👍

The summer cottage and surroundings are beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing. We arrived from the UK in the early hours of the morning and the location was very easy to find by car. We made full use of the sauna, hot tub, bbq and kayak during our stay. There is a small beach area with shallow water and our daughter enjoyed playing there. The cabin is very clean and spacious with everything that a family could need. The owners 2 little dogs would visit us everyday and this was a highlight for our daughters. Thank you to Mirka and Timo for a wonderful holiday and for always being there to help and give tips on places to visit in the local area. We would definitely recommend staying at the summer cottage.

Japitos Cottage provided an excellent setting for our weekend holiday! The cottage was in a very quiet location, and rainy days did not interfere with the stay. Jarno provided comprehensive instructions for using the cottage well in advance of our arrival and, if necessary, he also responds quickly to messages. We highly recommend this place!

We had a nice as a group with 4 young kids. We enjoyed the great scenery through the large front windows, and especially the nice sauna and the hot tub. The kids loved running around the yard and making s’mores at the fire pit. Nice and private space, likely even better in the summer with the lake. The attention to detail in the house and facilities is really top notch and the house is clutter free (excellent for young kids). The only drawback I’d mention is that the lake water that comes from the sink and shower smells & tastes bad, but it wasn’t really an issue for us as the filter tap for drinking water in the kitchen works great. Just something to bear in mind. Overall, great time and would return.
