During the summer, you can see lush greenery and the branches of the yard maple through the windows, while in winter, the nearby Lake Jyväsjärvi glistens on the horizon. As a guest, you can enjoy peace and quiet in the coziness of a small house (40 m²). From the highway, you can reach our property by car in just a few minutes; we are located 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from the center of Jyväskylä.

Private detached house with its own yard, surrounded by nature. Downstairs there is a large living room and a small kitchen with a baking oven. Newly renovated sauna-bathroom and separate toilet. In connection with the sauna facilities, there is also a newly renovated living room with a pull-out sofa bed. In connection with the living room, there is a laundry room with a washing machine. The house is located about 2 km from Northern Himos. There is a beach on Lake Päijänne about 500m away. In summer, a rowboat is available by separate agreement.

Inside, there is a separate toilet and shower. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-freezer. It is easy to relax in this unique and peaceful vacation resort. The bright and spacious cabin offers a 180-degree view of the lake, where you can see a pair of otters frolicking on the lake. Come unwind in a peaceful and cozy cabin with family, friends, or even a small work team. The cabin is in a quiet location, but still close to the activities and hustle and bustle of Himoksa. The nearest downhill ski slopes are about 3 km away, and the ski resort is about 6 km away. On weekends, you can visit Himos Arena to listen to artists and enjoy the great atmosphere. In the summer, there is a swimming spot about 300 meters away, so it’s easy to go for a morning swim. There’s plenty to do all year round!

Salpausselkä ski trails and mountain bike trails are just around the corner. The ski slopes, golf course, and beach of Messilä are only a few kilometers away. The house has sleeping accommodations for 5 people. The house and large yard are available for guest use. The yard has 6-person garden furniture, as well as a gas and wood grill.

An idyllic and peaceful location in a rural setting on the shores of Lake Kukkia. Sappee Resort is less than a 20-minute drive away. The beach is shallow, and swimming there is difficult. This summer, the water is especially low! There is a rowboat on the shore that you can use to enjoy the lake more fully.
