We enjoyed the screened patio for morning coffee and the dock for early evening fishing. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities. We didn't need the second level as there was just the two of us. The location was beautifully placed along side the lake. Also the location was easily accessible to shopping ( groceries) in Camdenton and state parks.

This is just like visiting Grandma's house," I heard from my teenagers. That is a compliment! Sure, the home is not the "latest model" but it's so cosy and homely. The home is large and well-organized. It feels roomy, the bedrooms are a good size, the common space has a large couch area and several tables for meals or activities. The kitchen has everything you could need. We cooked several meals and had no lack of utensils. The sunroom is where we spent most of our time. It has a beautiful view, and the sun comes in most of the day.

Great way to spend our anniversary weekend! My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful waterfront cottage. It was affordable and comfortable. The view is amazing! The owners were onsite and very accommodating and kind. Everything was beyond our expectations. We'll definitely be back soon!

Beautiful Home. Floors were dusty in areas you could see it. Otherwise loved the floors. Kitchen could use some new pans. My husband went and bought some and we just took home afterwards. Love that the fridge had a beep if a kid didn't get it shut all the way. Ice Maker was a plus. All showers worked great. House stayed nice and cool. I don't believe in listing it mentioned a small bed under stairs but that was a plus! Every room had a TV. Board Games and Cards for kids. Shuffleboard and Foosball kids loved. Outside definitely need bug spray on deck. Grill worked great! Beautiful View! Dock was amazing. Kids loved Kayaks and seeing ducks almost everyday. We took our furbabies and there no grass til u go up a semi steep hill. But one doggie didn't mind and another wouldn't step on the rocks :) Tons of Towels for u to use!!

Had a lovely stay at Alan's place! Had a small issue when we first arrived and Alan was very responsive and quick to propose solutions. The area is absolutely sublime, our dogs had fun chasing ducks off the little beach, the sunsets and stars at night were incredible, and the home was incredibly comfortable.
