Amazing place. My husband, I and our two dogs enjoyed a great stay. The house was so clean! Terri was great with communication, the house had basic supplies for our stay. The view on the water was so pretty and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the stay and loved the house. The dock right by the lake is great to sit on in the evenings, watch the sunset as you are fishing. The kids and I enjoyed sitting out on the dock having dinner. Ducks and geese are swimming by the place often. Liz was great at communicating and accommodating us when we needed it. We really loved it and would definitely come back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Although we had a slight hiccup upon arrival, our host quickly remedied the situation, and got us back on track. Communication was clear and sufficient. The home was spacious and accommodating for our group. The Coffee Bar was well stocked, and the basket of snacks was appreciated. Our beds and pillows were comfortable, and every bedroom had blinds/curtains to help block light for afternoon naps. Our kids liked roasting s'mores in the backyard fire pit, trying to catch fish from the boat dock, and kayaking on the lake with the provided kayaks. (Tip: kayaks are located in the backyard shed and the code to get inside the shed is inside the binder!) Now, unfortunately, we didn't catch a single fish while we were there, but maybe you'll have better luck than we did. (Additional tip: bring small child/toddler size life jackets if you need them. While there are plenty of adult life jackets, they weren't any for our small ones; we brought ours from home.)

Had a great stay. It was close to everything, but still able to enjoy quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the kayaking and paddle board. We were worried about size of house but house was very roomy.

Our group of eight we're right at home at Sara's place. situated on beautiful Lake Hamilton, with the deck overlooking the cove is just very relaxing. We had everything we needed and Sara and David were very responsive and informative. We appreciate them hosting us and hope to return sometime in the future.

We have stayed in many Airbnb rentals and I can tell you we have had really great experiences. However, this one truly is one that will surpass all expectations once you arrive! The photos on the listing are beautiful but we were stunned by how breathtakingly gorgeous the home was! In its entirety, truly beautiful! So much more so than you can tell from the photos! Wonderful hosts, transparent and available for any need. If it tells you anything, we’re already looking at dates to return soon. Thank you again for sharing your home with our family. Great home for a family gathering. Several living/activity spaces on two floors. Gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton and landscaped grounds from most rooms. Home is well appointed and uncluttered. Kitchen works well for real cooking. It is on a quiet residential street that is amazingly convenient to shopping. It is only a short drive to the beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens and the Historic Hot Springs area. We hope to return to this destination.

We have stayed in a lot of rentals, but this was one of the best! The location was quiet and beautiful. Everything you needed for a great stay was at hand. We used the grill and cooked in almost every night. We even had a couple of fires in the fire pit. The bathrooms had sample size personal hygiene items in case you forgot any. The beds were very comfortable, and the bedrooms were spaced so that people had their own privacy. There was plenty of space to play frisbee in the backyard and, that we didn’t end up using them, there were even yard games available to play. All of the kitchen appliances were very new and high-tech. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay for the week while we were there.

I wanted to find a place where me and my family could get away without being too secluded. Sharron's property was EXACTLY what I was looking for and then some. One very underrated aspect is just how much land there is to enjoy and explore. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

James was a wonderful host—he checked in with us and made sure everything was going smoothly. The location is ideal—you get the peaceful lakefront setting while still being just a short drive from downtown Hot Springs. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again!

The place was fantastic! Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. We noticed some ants in the kitchen over the weekend, but other than that it was a very pleasant stay. I also appreciate Laura for how accommodating she was afterwards, she coordinated with me to get a sentimental item that was left behind.

We had a perfect 2-day getaway at Jeff's lovely lakefront home. He is a fantastic host and we could not have been more pleased. The floating dock was our favorite spot on the property for fishing dining, watching the boats go by and just relaxing. The beds were super-comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. We really appreciated the water cooler of endless fresh water.. a very nice touch. Jeff's huge collection of VHS and DVD movies kept the fun going after dark.

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my wife and our two kids. Our two-year-old son love the room with the boat bed. And the giant connect for love the backyard so we could run around and we also use the back dog to take our son fishing for the first time. The house was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay really enjoyed our time and will be back we recommend, especially if you have kids.
