Home also features a private boat dock and is 5 minutes away from Buzzard Beach boat ramp for easy dock access. On-site parking available for up to 6 trucks and trailers. A great vacation home for fishing and golfing, the home is also near scenic Mt. Dora/Tavares.

House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

Both the master and adjacent lakeside bedroom open out to the backyard on the lake for easy access to a private dock, two canoes and a kayak all available for use. Short bike ride to the quaint Umatilla, 10 minute drive to Eustis, 15 minute drive to Downtown Mount Dora.
