We are a short walk from UW-Madison, Hospitals, State Street & the Capitol. We have a dog, Bella, who stay upstairs, but you could see her wandering outside. One large bedroom has a queen bed, one room with bunkbeds, & one with a full bed to accommodate a max of 6 guests. (But the bunkbeds are best for kid-sized humans). The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Community parks and city pool within 2 blocks of of the home. Close to all schools, library, parks and bike paths. Very safe and enjoyable neighborhood. Many good restaurants in the area and lots of things to do in the area Two bedrooms are upstairs with its' own bathroom. House is air conditioned and has a full and complete kitchen. The washer/dryer are located in the basement and guest have full access to it

The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
