We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

Great!!! Vacation home had all the amenities a woman like me love. Plenty of everything from dishes to sheets very clean and comfortable. To say the least just right in the day far as neighborhood activities and quite peaceful and serene at night. Everything imaginable is located right around the corner a big bonus . The furniture, house are all beautiful, large space, kitchen and bathroom restocks were all available. Denver replies quickly and is very nice. Everything is clean

My family and I enjoyed our stay it was really nice, had great pool area, was relatively clean, and had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely book again. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by too.

Me and my husband will definitely be back! I wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the resort amenities but we were busy doing the parks each day. It had everything we needed, was very clean and had lots to do nearby. We walked to the hot tub one day and theres also a good amount of household/grocery items you may need in the lobby. Parking was always available right in front of the door. Lots of towels provided, overall great stay!

The house was absolutely gorgeous and was exactly like in the pictures. The hosts were extremely friendly and communicative through our entire stay and even before. It was very clean, had everything one needs during a vacation, and very peaceful. We will be booking again soon!

Our stay was fabulous! The house was just as described. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, used it everyday! We did not end up heating it, which worked out perfect. The temps were so warm during the day and the sun is on the back of the house all day which is great for being out there. The game/movie room was great and kids loved playing and watching movies. Kitchen had what we needed and we cooked all of our dinners there. Fresh crab legs and ahi tuna near by that was great. It is definitely a place we would return to. we had a wonderful stay at the Coach House, it was well set up, clean, and in a lovely neighborhood. the hosts were communicative, helpful, and very friendly. we would highly recommend anyone staying in the Orlando area stay at this accommodation.

EXCELLENT. My family has been coming in mixed groups for the past 7 years, and this stay has been the best one. Besides being much cleaner than last year's rental (father suffered many flea bites from the couch that was not to have had pets on it), AND being an early check-in despite previous renters leaving issues that were diligently resolved by management/cleaning crew, this house was GORGEOUS. This is not a sterile rental, but someone's home...reflected in the beautiful landscaping [so many things flowering during our stay!], lavish pool set up (kiddy pool, hot tub, and main pool), and abundance of supplies here. We loved that they accommodate large multi-family groups with spacious rooms, a 2nd fridge, [also, the SPICE rack....cooking was so easy with so much on hand], and the supplies available for small children at the house: crib, books, potty chair, high chair, step stool, a double STROLLER, and car seat... and dog-friendly yet clean. Spacious and comfortable home! Stayed here to attend a family wedding. It was a singularly perfect choice with a beautiful park in the backyard where we took photos. The house is so big! Our family of 6 had space to spread out and relax. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend. Michele was absolutely perfect and responsive. Would return to the area, many beautiful parks!!

This place was great, nice pool , clean and neat, loaded with kitchen utensils and all you need to cook. The neighborhood was quiet. Overall a good place to stay

this is my second time staying here and I loved it. we had a peaceful, enjoyable week, walking the grounds and enjoying the pool. The space is so close to so many attractions and awesome restaurants. The house had everything that we need including laundry so our stay was extra relaxing.

This place was clean, surprisingly spacious and perfect for our family of 5. Really close to the parks, and the community of legacy dunes was really nice. Getting in and out of the gate was a breeze. We would totally stay here again.

Marlene was great from our first interaction at booking until our last contact when leaving. This place was perfectly for me and my 17 year old son. We appreciated having our own rooms. The pool and sitting areas were so nice. The flowers and little gnome gardens made it feel so magical. We enjoyed the location and didn't mind the drive into Orlando.

this family is beyond accommodating. I don't typically do airbnbs with the in home post this was the first for me. They are very accommodating and welcoming. They made me feel right at home and like part of the family. Their home is clean and very well decorated. If I am ever in the area again I would stay there without hesitation. They do have dogs which for me was great. But if you are uncomfortable with them I am sure they would make sure that you do not have to interact with them. But for me the dogs made it feel more like home. I cannot say enough nice things about this family and how accommodating and friendly they are. If you're unsure about staying with an in home host I would urge you to stay with this family. You won't regret it. Just like their ad says you will be staying with friends you just haven't met yet. Cannot recommend this location enough.
