Immaculate home! Everything was clean, tidy and orderly - easy to enjoy, and easy to clean away when checking out. It truly felt like our own home whilst there. Michael was the perfect host too, responsive when needed, but respected our privacy to enjoy the home. We’ll be back!

Me and my family and girlfriends had a great time staying at Kristin‘s listing. We would highly recommend this Airbnb, the house was stunning. The views were gorgeous.…was just amazing. We thoroughly in joyed the home and pool would definitely come back!!

This house was great for our weekend girls trip! There were 7 of us and plenty of room for us to eat & sleep. I love that there were 3.5 bathrooms! Furniture was super comfy! I was obsessed with the soft coral blankets! Patio was amazing! We enjoyed playing our girls night games out there. The pool was warm and great to refresh in! We loved being able to walk down to the dock and just jump right into the lake! Plus we had a boat pick us up right at the dock. Kitchen was great and plenty of pots, pans, plates, and utensils! I would definitely recommend this place to someone!

We absolutely loved spending time with our friends at this beautiful home by the lake. The kitchen was the perfect size to make meals together and the layout of the house was very comfy for movie watching. The pool was a good size for relaxing and watching the clouds. A great location for spending time with loved ones.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful and serene oasis and it was just as amazing if not even more spectacular. Our family sincerely enjoys staying here and looking forward to seeing this place again!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this beautiful Hill Country luxury retreat. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—immaculate interiors, stylish decor, and thoughtful touches throughout. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind, and the outdoor spaces were ideal for morning coffee or evening wine. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or just a quiet escape, this place truly delivers. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend—can’t wait to return for a longer stay next time!

Fantastic place to stay. Diana and Gary go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need. The welcome basket and the lemon bread was fabulous. Toiletries provided, towels, slip on shoes to use inside the house, gas grill, patio and outdoor seating were top notch. You are able to walk down to the river front and go for a swim. Canoes and Kayak available as well. Gary will walk you through the process to get the kayak and canoes in the water. The deer visit frequently and love the corn provided for feeding. This place and amenities are outstanding. Quick drive into Marble Falls if you need to go into town. We stopped at the community garage sales and local garage sales in Cotton Wood shores and everyone was friendly. I give this place 10 out of 10 stars

Chris and Debbie were very helpful and friendly. The house is very comfortable. We enjoyed the lake views and cooking on the griddle! We all had a great time there, we will rent it again. Thank you!

Great place! The house had everything we needed, was super clean, and the patio and yard were awesome. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the toys! Getting down to the water wasn’t difficult - there is a steep hill but we had two young kids and a baby with us and the kids (2 and 4yo) managed it totally fine both ways. Great lake weekend!

We had the best time celebrating my husband’s birthday with close friends and family. We will definitely be back. The house fit everyone perfectly. We spent most of our time outside on the large back deck or in the water. When it was time to come inside at night, there was plenty of space to hang out while cooking dinner. The large island in the kitchen made it a great hangout place for everyone to socialize. One of my favorite things about the house is the water access, it starts out very shallow and the further you get out the deeper it goes making it great for kids and family’s . We celebrated on a holiday weekend when it was very busy with boats and jet skis, but we never had any come close to us making it feel very safe. The house is located on the large part of the lake so it was very open with great view’s. The guys in our group really enjoyed fishing off the deck and the boathouse. They caught a lot of fish. We are very glad we chose this house for your weekend getaway.

Host was very quick to respond. My 3 and 5 year old loved it! Everything was very tidy and clean. We have zero complaints about the place! 10/10 recommended!

The place was really nice. It had plenty of kitchen amenities, a really nice grill, and some nice floats and water toys in the boathouse.

Thank you for hosting us at your fabulous lake house. It was well appointed and tasteful decorated home. We enjoyed our stay and found the home very cozy and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The home comforts were just well done. We couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely return. Close to wineries, horseback riding, sweet Berry farm And so much more.

Jessica’s place was amazing! Memories that we will never forget. Place is exactly as described and so beautiful and relaxing. My children enjoyed swimming off the dock, kayaking, the lily pad, the hot tub, making s’mores and jamming to music on the porch. Thank you so much Jessica. Time that was very much needed for our family. Looking forward to a stay again!

AMAZING. 10/10. Felt like walking into an HGTV dream home. Spotless kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds, every single amenity we could have hoped for. Especially appreciated the spaciousness, ample natural light, and easy to close blinds for privacy at night. We were able to walk to the heart of downtown for dinner and live music on the square, and even felt safe walking back after dark. Would stay here again a thousand times over.

We had a great time during our annual family reunion. The property was very pretty and well kept.

What a gorgeous home! The pool area is immaculate. I could’ve spent all day by the pool. We saw lots of animals like deer and rabbit around the property and the wildflowers really added to the peaceful vibe. The only thing that I would’ve changed is the layout of the home. The kitchen and living room are basically in a separate house connected by a breezeway to the other house where the bedrooms are. I didn’t realize that upon booking, but honestly it wasn’t a big deal, just a little inconvenient.

We absolutely loved staying at Waterview! Nicole was extremely communicative and helpful. The house was fully stocked with anything anyone would need for a super fun weekend! It was clean and easy and couldn’t have been better!

We had a wonderful weekend at Shelly’s place. It was an intergenerational family gathering of nine people and we all had our own spaces, including bathrooms, which is great when you have kids in tow! My mom has some mobility issues so the elevator was a great bonus for her as well. The views were wonderful and the home was fully stocked for cooking with tons of amenities — we took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, games, kayaks, and cooking. The home was beautifully decorated and outfitted, and clean. We will definitely be back!
