Come and stay here, cleaner and way more comforts than any hotel. This apartment is clean and nice. It also has fiber optic internet, a desk, a big screen smart tv, a shower door w/ a heated bathroom floor, and washer/ dryer. This apartment is accessed through a common area laundry room. A park with walking paths, playground, creek, tennis courts, etc is across the street. Brooktree Golf and Downtown are a few blocks away. This unit is an exceptional value, more so for longer stays.

The house and barn were built in 1880 by Norwegian immigrants Ole and Britta.

My wife and I came down to stay while we worked cleaning out my aunt’s apartment in Fairbault. It was a great place to stay and the host were very kind. We loved it so much that my family booked two rooms for the funeral weekend. Just a great place! Really beautiful house.

Amazing home and area. I felt comfortable and right at home. The house is spotless and you’re surrounded by nature. Tim was wonderful and welcomed me into the home (sorry for running late!). My gps is outdated and said arrived at the neighbors house next door and the neighbor was kind enough to direct me. I loved my stay so much I really hope to visit the Rochester area again very soon and stay here again. I couldn’t have selected a better option! Shanna truly cares about her guests and makes sure you have everything that you need!

She is such a sweet lady and not to mention her 14 yr old cat that was the sweetest and yes pretty shy but full of surprises. House was also very cozy and beautiful, not like any house I've seen before. 10/10 would stay again!!
