A very lovely home with plenty of room and wonderful amenities, located in a safe neighborhood. The patio is designed perfectly as an outdoor gathering place. The interior of the home is spacious and well appointed for a comfortable stay. Too many extra's to name but the indoor recreational opportunities kept everyone occupied. Beautiful view out the rear windows and located in a nice neighborhood. The home is less than a mile from the NASA Visitor Center. A good assortment of restaurants and coffee shops are just a short distance away. Amy and Tu communicated all instructions and were very welcoming. All communication was very timely, effective, and helpful. I highly recommend this home and owners if you desire a no hassle, comfortable stay.

This was perfect place for our small group to spread out and still enjoy meals together. Franchesca's place is tucked away in an industrial town along the river providing a nice place to relax. Definitely stay again if available!

Home was very nice and as described.

The house was just as described. We enjoyed relaxing in the home and on the porch. We also enjoyed restaurants nearby. The hot tub was a nice place to relax even while it was raining due to the huge covered patio.

This place was perfect for my husband and I. Perfect location, private and great view. Sam and Jackie communicated frequently during our stay. Everything was great.

Brought my family of 4 and two dogs here. Had a great time with a beautiful view and awesome fishing spot. Caught croaker, catfish, blue crabs and a black drum. House is very cute with nice quiet neighbors on both sides. Owner is very friendly and responsive but we didn’t need anything as she explained everything clearly in the beginning.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was super clean and had a homie vibe that made me feel right at home. Highly recommend! 3 adults 2 kids. does have 2 cameras inside the house for safety but could be turned off during stay.

Second beach house we rented in Jamaica beach and this one was my favorite. Beautiful home and super clean. Love the deck and all the amenities provided. Would definitely recommend this home and looking forward to renting this property again in the future.

The Beach house was the perfect place to relax and refresh after the Christmas Holidays! The living spaces and beds are comfortable and the views of the lake and beach are peaceful. The kitchen and grill were well equipped to prepare all our meals! The house is a short walk to the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. The neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely return to enjoy another stay on Bolivar!

The house is very charming. We loved the views, and if you have small children the park is across the street with a basketball court.

Such a cozy and peaceful spot — the perfect getaway! I loved how secluded it felt, yet it was still just a short walk to the beach. The relaxing vibes and great location made it a fantastic stay. I’d definitely come back!

We spent a wonderful weekend here, just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, with two families and our dogs. Wow, this house is newly built and equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. There was even a warm hot tub ready for us, and thoughtful amenities for our dogs as well! We've traveled to many places, but I can confidently say that the stay and the services provided here surpassed any 5-star hotel we've experienced. And the host, Jakeb, is incredibly kind and professional. If you're reading this, don't hesitate— and enjoy everything this place has to offer! Our families have already decided to return. Enjoyed our stay at Drew’s beach house. Open kitchen, living room concept was nice along with a great open backyard for our dogs!

We had a great stay at Casa Surfside. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Quality appliances and kitchenware that made cooking easy. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Comfy furniture. Loved all the beach gear and toys for the kids! The location was excellent. Definitely recommend staying here!

Our family of 14 (8 adults and 6 children aged 4 yrs down to 3 months) needed a large place to stay to surprise my mother-in-law for her 90th birthday. This home is directly across the road from her neighborhood and was very spacious and a beautiful setting (we loved the horses and the creek view). The trees on this property are magnificent. The beds were comfortable and accommodated us quite nicely. The kids loved the pool table! The stocking of the kitchen and bathrooms could use some improvement but the host was responsive (brought more towels and some washcloths right away). Mowing the grass would make the outdoor space more usable for young children. The extensive grounds were lovely. The washer/dryer was a nice benefit. The master bedroom is beautiful but needs a fan as it is the only warm room. A/C was great otherwise and a standing fan in the master fixed the issue. The dining room and incredible built ins all over the house were amazing! We had a terrific time!

My stay at Bret’s place in Surfside Beach was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, and exactly as described. I really enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the hot tub area and balconies for added relaxation! The location was perfect for exploring Surfside Beach and nearby local restaurants and a very short drive to Lake Jackson. Bret was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful, making my trip truly enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about our stay and the hosts! They made a very special trip extraordinary!! The home is beautiful, safe, and a Shangri-La to me!! Placement of rooms are wonderful and afforded privacy with other guests. The saltwater pool was wonderful and with shade from trees made it very comfortable on hot, summer days! Communications with hosts felt personal and was much appreciated. This was my first VRBO / Airbnb experience and what a wonderful one it was!! Had to leave a day early due to the hurricane, yet again, the host expressed genuine concern for us. Very clean and comfortable! It was hard to leave!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Alans place. From the time we arrived to the time we left everything was perfect. The home was fantastic, the property is amazing. We will definitely be booking with Alan again in the near future!

Andrea was super helpful from the moment I booked until check out. We were delighted to find fresh baked cookies and blueberry cream cheese bread gifted to us for our stay. Such a thoughtful touch to an already amazing stay. The house was located in one of our favorite neighborhoods. It was neatly organized, clean and had everything you could need for a quick or even extended stay. There was plenty of space for my family of 5 to be able to spread out and enjoy our stay. The hosts were very communicative. Check in/out was very easy. We hope to return the next time we are in the area visiting our family.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We traveled with two younger kids and they absolutely adored the bunk beds setup and room. One of the girls even learned how to play a new game that was provided at the house. The layout of the house and arrangement was just perfect. The house had everything we needed. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the backyard. Thanks so much for having us. We definitely plan to come back the next time we visit Houston.
