A great vintage home with modern conveniences. We'd be happy to stay here again, hopefully with more time to enjoy.

My family and I had a great stay. Every picture and everything listed were very accurate. Geat space and lots of sleeping accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and cozy. Our favorite part was outside as the backyard was very private with a large privacy fence and a play set that our two children absolutely loved, making it easy to visit with family while they were entertained. Would stay again!

The property is beautiful… there is a view from every window and balcony. You can see the ocean and the bay… unique for Galveston Island. There is a pond directly outside and with the fountain, which kept mosquitos away. The kitchen is good for entertaining a family, and there is a formal and outdoor dining area. I would suggest bringing a bed pillow, high quality pan, and extra roll of paper towels. Alex was nice and responsive. The resort is family oriented and the quiet was well worth the 20 minute drive. We will stay with this host again!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The house is perfect for a family beach trip and Antonio was an excellent host - great communication with all the details needed up front. The ADA beach access was very close and easier to navigate with a wagon than others we’ve used. The place has comfy furnishings and we felt right at home! Specifically, the sofa, beds and linens nice and blackout curtains. We found everything we needed at the cottage: Everything needed for the resort pools and beach (adult and kid beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, wagon, outdoor shower, etc.). Kitchen: a variety of skillets, pots, and pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, cups, nice dual coffee machine for k-cup or a whole drip pot. Bathrooms: tidy and stocked with towels, travel toiletries, makeup removal wash cloths Bonus: toys and books for kids, TVs (bunk room, living room, downstairs patio), first aid kit, washer/dryer and deck/rocking chairs to watch the herons and turtles in the lagoon!

Loved staying so close to the beach, plenty to do nearby. Great space for my little family!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was so comfortable and clean. We didn’t have any issues at all. The hosts were helpful and nice.

Linda & Gregg were great! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and extras. Very clean. She made it very easy to extend our stay. Awesome hosts!!

This was a fantastic experience,nice place with plenty of room.we were able to meet the owners and they were super cool people.ive stayed at many places across America and this one stands out for several reasons but above all it's the attention to DETAIL!!! these folks have thought of everything,I've never stayed somewhere where I didn't need anything extra.From things like shampoo and razors,coffee to the beach toys,chairs boogie boards and bikes.we were super impressed with all the small stuff that made our weekend that much less stressful.10/10 will return and do recommend.Thanks guys for having us!!!!

I think the best way to describe this cottage is by describing what you can’t see in the pictures. 1. The beds are amazingly comfortable. 2. Ever have a problem with sleeping in during vacations bc of the light flooding into rooms at sunrise? Not here. The king room doesn’t have a window🩷. I am adding this in here because I know that so many will appreciate this feature. 3. The backyard is truly a den of privacy. The most skittish dog will feel comfortable & there are no neighboring dogs to amp up their anxiety. 4. The location! During our stay, I let my oldest teenager walk to the beach by herself in the morning. She felt safe at all times, and didn’t tire easily. 5. The plants! While you can see the beautiful, well kept lawn…you have to experience it to see the butterflies linger and flutter about. Bottom line- if you are on the fence about this place…go for it. I have never been so impressed with a stay (hotels included), in all of my years adulting.

We loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family. We would 100% stay here again. The neighborhood felt safe and it was the perfect location for the activities we wanted to do. This was the cleanest and most organized Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The only issue we had was initially getting into the place, but once get down the locks and doors - it was easy. We wanted a place that had all the modern amenities while keeping the turn of the century Galveston East End charm. And SSC delivered. We were very comfortable. James was wonderful and responsive. Highly recommend.

We loved our weekend getaway at Prov’s! It was the perfect location - close enough to activities, but far enough for a peaceful neighborhood. The house was super clean, comfy bed, plus a TV in BOTH rooms! The kitchen was fully stocked, and all instructions were super easy to follow for check in/out. We loved our time here, and feel so lucky to have stayed here. Thank you, Prov!

Nice stay

My family & I had a great stay at Staci’s. Everything was as described. Would definitely stay again. I even left something of high value and she made the effort to take it to a safe place where I could retrieve it. Would definitely recommend!

Literally the only thing i have to i guess you could say complain about is just the squeaky floors but the apt seems old so its understandable! Definitely 5/5 🌟 Washer and dryer was 💯 15 min walk to the beach! Deep bath tub! It was a beautiful home! Thank you for allowing us to spend our anniversary there with our kiddos! Was such an amazing trip! Thank you so much all the way from New Mexico!

Great place to stay. Nice location - quiet but close to the action. Tom was a lovely host. Very proactive and thorough with providing any information you might need in advance.

Loved our 3 night stay. The house is very thoughtfully furnished. The quality of the furniture and appliances was of high quality and everything worked!! The beach is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the house. I would highly recommend this listing for a family vacation in Galveston.

We really enjoyed the back deck and yard, watching the river flow by, and listening to the chorus of birds in the mornings!
