We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. Enjoy sharing this Ausable river front home by staying in a private lower-level walkout. WE LIVE ABOVE. This gorgeous log home is on the famous Holy waters. The bottom story is a finished lower level with a separate entrance and living area from the homeowners above. The suite has a walk out onto the patio with a gentle slope to 200 ft of rocky bottom river frontage. This is located five miles from the city of Grayling. You will be close to hiking trails, hiking, snowmobile trails, and skiing.
