Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lake Huron

The host was thoughful and stocked the fridge and pantry with applies, snacks, evey some milk. The convenience of washer and drier next to fridge was appreciated--newish machines, not from the 70s. Plenty of plates, pans, bowls--encouraged us to eat in. Small but cute balcony, great for mornings and sunset. Nice old tile in bathroom (but faucet is modern), lots of towels, can take a bath. The bedroom is larger than the picture shows--it includes a couch and a working table. So, you can use a laptop there or you can be at the kitchen table where two people have room for laptops. Lots of drawers and a closet with lots of hangers. This 3-room mini-house occupying the second floor of a beautiful old house that is central to a great neighborhood and not far from the capitol (and history museum--I will be going back). My wife is a little concerned about hauling luggage up the wooden stairway, I carry it for her, but we aging people need to match lodgings with our comforts.

We really had a pleasant stay at Sheryl's. We were in town for a sports competition and the home was very comfortable and functional. Sheryl even bought us some muffins, croissants and juice. Very thoughful and above and beyond.

It was great! Had everything we needed and even a few things we forgot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a spot in this area

Super clean, super organized and honestly one of the cleanest Airbnb basements I’ve stayed in. It felt comfortable, quiet, and super well put together. Netflix access was a nice touch, and the space works great for short or long stays. There’s a lovely park right next door and the neighborhood is peaceful and walkable. Had a really good time, would definitely stay again!!

We had the most amazing stay here for the Easter long weekend. Perfect location (extremely close to downtown, but just out of range from any hustle and bustle), clean and comfortable accommodations and incredibly well stocked, far above and beyond expectations. Carly is a kind, thorough and responsive host, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely book here the next time the winds blow us to Stratford!

This was the best stay I’ve ever EVER had on air bnb. The owners were the most accommodating out of 11 other bookings I’ve had. If I could rate 10 stars I would, maybe more. I was 950+ miles away from home but felt like I was back at home. I loved this place and appreciate the owners so very much. Please! Give them the pleasure and book here!!

We stayed in town for my brother’s wedding at the mill. The location is perfect and the town is lovely. The place had everything we needed and Donna was very friendly. We should have booked a third night as there seemed like a lot to do in the area. The restaurant next door smelled fabulous! We would recommend this place if you need a place to stay for a wedding at the mill.

Super cute and clean apartment downstairs. 35 minutes away from central Toronto. Caroline was easy to communicate with and made our arrival smooth and easy. I recommend :)

Dorota and Merik were great hosts, fiendly, responsive, and super helpful and attentive we're so glad we met them, and we'll definately go back again. The place was gorgeous, lake front property with lots of privacy, and immaculate backyard. room was spotless, and the breakfast served was so delicious with generous portions. Excellent stay as usual! Marilyn is a very thoughtful host and responds quickly. Location is great for what I need. Also appreciate the extra touches of coffee and breakfast items. Charlie is a sweetie and always provides a warm welcome as well.

Lynn's place was perfect for my short stay in Midland. It was very easy to find and Lynn was there to greet me and show me around. I had a safe parking space on the driveway and the suite was private, comfortable and cozy. Lynn even brought down breakfast for me both days which was so much appreciated. I recommend Lynn's place to other guests.

Overall, the whole trip itself was wonderful and very worth it. The place itself was comfortable and gorgeous, along with having a game room, so it was entertaining! Not to mention the sauna; a very therapeutic experience you must try at least once. Irene, herself was a fantastic host; she was incredibly friendly and kind, her chats were lively, and her breakfasts in the morning was absolutely delicious! Also, her two dogs, Gracie and Luna were so adorable and sweet to play with! And her bird was also hilarious and a delight, especially when you get to hear him talk! :) I would love to come here again when I'm able to!

Wow! What a great place and gem. We were greeted by Michael upon arriving and he showed us everything to the Airbnb. The place was spotless and very comfortable. There were snacks for us upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. The best part was the complimentary breakfast! Like a real bnb. Thank you so much Michael and linda!!!

A perfect stay at Tricia's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the private en suite bathroom had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Our night stay was the perfect mix between a homestay and a Bed and Breakfast - all the privacy of a B&B, but with the welcoming feel of visiting old friends. The breakfast was such a sweet extra. We're already recommending it to friends!
