This house is perfect if you want a low key place to chill and have a great time before and after spending a day out on the water! The accommodations were great, literally had just about everything a guest could possibly need, and the pool table added to the fun! Brett is a great host and we would jump at the chance to stay here again!

We were soooo happy with our stay at Lynn’s beautiful home in Lake Havasu. Just a short drive to the marina, the location was perfect. My kiddos had so much fun playing pool and air hockey. We spend $10 on quarters!! The floors were spotless (which is a pet peeve of mine). There are plenty of pillows and blankets too. The pillows are amazing!! The kitchen was also well stocked too with all of the utensils. You will have an amazing time at Lynn’s home.

Our family has been going to Lake Havasu for spring break for the last 5 or 6 years. This house was by far the best. The kitchen is so stocked to seasoning to baggies it had everything you would need. Coffee was provided. We did buy some but wouldnt HAVE to go out the very first day. The outdoor space was perfect and cozy. Plenty of seating and the pool was heated and very clean. We love that this house had trees!!! Yes there are more leaves to clean up but trees!!! I would absolutely stay here again. I was a little concerned that the pool and yard guy would wake us up at 6am ringing the door bell but he didnt thankfully haha.

My stay at Jennifer’s place was nothing short of perfect and amazing! The house was spacious with 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and a loft, offering plenty of room for our group of 8. The property came with all the amenities you could ever need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a BBQ grill and even a cooler to take to the lake. The location of this property was the highlight of the trip - we were in town for the IJSBA World Finals in Crazy Horse Campground and the nearness made it easy to come back and forth to the house to beat the heat. Jennifer was extremely helpful and very willing to help. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Janines place was a much needed Haven as we awaited serious repairs to our RV. The accident that damaged our RV was traumatic, so having a safe, peaceful, quiet place to decompress and function out of was a huge blessing. Janine was very responsive to communications, allowed us to extend several times and the space was exactly as described. It was perfect. Thank you for being an angel 😇

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place! The house was very clean and is very well taken care of. It has a massive grand entry with an open floor plan in the main area so everyone can hang out together. There were 8 in our group and the house never felt cramped. We enjoyed playing pool in the main room as well as hitting the jacuzzi at night. There are 2 En suites that are very big and open, as well as two other bedrooms and a bunk room with its own living room. We cooked one meal in the kitchen and it is stocked with everything you need. This house really has it all. We have already booked it again for another trip next month!

Listing photos were very accurate. Home layout is great for accomodating several guests - bedrooms are spaced well apart, living room and eat-in kitchen both have plenty of seating. Master bedroom/bathroom are very spacious with a great aesthetic. Outdoor area is meticulously well kept, with plenty of seating for relaxing, dining, or catching a sunset on the rooftop deck. Plenty of kitchen utensils, silverware, etc. for cooking. Host was very responsive. This home is a GREAT value for staying in Lake Havasu! Will absolutely book again next time I visit.

Beautiful place with a homey feel. Comfortable beds, easy check in, and the fully stocked kitchen were all great. Loved being able to park our boat in the massive garage. We booked this place at 1 pm on a Friday afternoon our other accommodation fell through and were able to check in that evening which prevented our weekend from going completely off the rails. Lorry was responsive and the place really exceeded our expectations being as we booked so last minute. Would absolutely stay again and have already recommended this place to friends.

This place was a perfect Lake Havasu getaway—quiet and peaceful, especially for being in a residential area so close to the lake. The location made it easy to get to restaurants, the water, and some great hikes. We especially loved the quick drive to Sara’s Park for hiking. The home was exactly as described, and the game table and extra amenities were a really nice touch. We were so impressed with how responsive and kind Germain and Vicky were—any small issues were handled quickly and thoughtfully. We’d definitely stay here again!

It was such a pleasure to find a place on the water we could bring our dogs. It made the trip the best! Will definitely return. First time to river in October and water was glass May never go any other time again. There was a race on the river the weekend we left and it was so fun to get to see and they turned around right in front of the house.

Jean was great. Communication was easy. One thing to be aware of if you plan on bringing young kids, all the kids beds are away from the main house in the casita. House was a 5 minute drive from downtown and roughly a 10-15 from havasu marina. House was overall great, we would rent again.

We had a great time here. The game room was great for evenings. The TV room was also nice (comfy couches). We picked this home mainly for the bedroom arrangement. We appreciated the many beds. The outdoor pool was a little cold, but one brave soul did use it . We would rent from Krista and Gil again.

We had a wonderful stay! The pool and jacuzzi were a big highlight for us. The pool is not heated, but that didn’t stop our two kids from playing in it. Plenty of living space and seating. It felt like a home away from home for a whole week!

The house was great (there was even parking for our boat), and Kevin was so responsive to any inquiry I sent him. The backyard and view were both awesome as well. I will definitely recommend this place to friends when I know they are visiting Havasu!

This was just a short trip with some friends but we wished we could have stayed longer. The place was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed to be more than comfortable during our stay. George was very friendly and communicative. Helping us with both things around havasu and the house. The location is perfect very private while only being about 4 minutes from all major restaurants and stores. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this property again, and would recommend it for all people looking for a place in havasu!

This home was perfect for our vacation! Rena was extremely responsive and proactive during our stay. The pool/hot tub area was perfect for the kids. The house was plenty of space and a great location for all things Havasu! The area was clean and quiet and everyone we ran into walking the dog or playing golf were so nice! We would definitely recommend staying here!
