Townhome vacation rentals in Lake Havasu

Everything worked good! Having the garage made things very easy for my elderly mother. As well as walk-in shower. First time visiting my brother in Lake Havasu, and staying here made it nice and easy.

Great condo, had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Great place for a small family. Check in was as easy as walking up and opening the door. Clear instructions around the house on how to use items. Easy check out. The community pool is great to go cool off, never saw it busy. But the best part is the garage. Will definitely stay again.

We had a last minute issue with our RV and needed a place to stay that included our dog. This place was a lifesaver for us. The location was perfect and it was a lovely place to spend an unexpected weekend in Lake Havasu City. We had a fine few days staying here.

I like this place a lot , I've stayed here 3 times now, no issues, very close to new marina , but also far enough from downtown to be quiet. 100% be back a 4th time

We spent 12 nights here in March 2025 and we found it to be very comfortable for two people. The house was very modern and clean and everything was in great condition. Even the huge RV garage was spotless! We worked remotely and the internet service was fast and reliable. Also enjoyed being able to find good walking routes right out the door. Great communication from the host. Would definitely want to rent here again next time we're in Havasu.

Perfect place for people who have a boat and want to park it indoors. Also the pool is really nice !

Responsive host. Allowed us to add on an extra day last minute. Lovely location. The heated pool was a big plus for the children. Great places to eat near by. Highly suggest turtle grille. Would definitely stay again.

Location is excellent. Minutes from the launch ramp. Two regular beds and two couches that pull out into a bed. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to access property.

Steve’s place was great! Just as described. We’ve stayed in this complex two other times and this unit really stood out. Steve was very proactive with communication as well as friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Here comes another glowing review! Dixie’s place was super clean, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Loved the added touches, snacks, toiletries if we forgot anything. Kitchen very well stocked. Comfortable beds, We used the pool often as it’s just a short walk. Restaurant with dine in or take out a short walk away This is a gem and Dixie is very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for making our stay here just perfect Dixie😊

My husband and I had a great stay. The view off the balcony was amazing. I enjoyed watching the burros across the river with my binoculars, also hummingbirds that came to the neighbors feeder. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very roomy. My husband also loved the TV selections. The kitchen is well stocked with all the kitchenware you may ever need and I loved the complimentary coffee. Thank you!!! I will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in the area.

Great area, we were able to bicycle around to nearby restaurants and London Bridge. Enjoyed seeing the Firework Festival for the 4th time. Will be looking forward to next year.

I really enjoyed staying here, it was just what I was looking for. The instruction were clear to get in, everything was as stated and looked in the description and photos. We spent a lot of time on the upstairs patio, there are three, to enjoy the sun, and appreciated the privacy. The garage was a bonus, and the giant rental car fit in with no problem. We found a hidden gem, The Boat House, within a couple of hundreds yards that we ate at every day. Highly recomended.

This condo was amazing and far above our expectations! We did a friends adult get away for the weekend and at it slept three couples very comfortably! Location and amenities were great! Janell has the condo fully out fitted with items above and beyond what you would expect. We will definitely visit again and try to stay here.
