Kyle was a great host. Super responsive and helpful. We forgot one of our pups harnesses which has sentimental value. Kyle has agreed to meet us and return it. Not many people are that kind. This was the perfect house for our spring break vacation with our kids and our dog. The house is located very centrally in a very quiet nice neighborhood. The house and the pool were all very clean and spacious and fit our family of six perfectly. Our kids loved the pool and slide and spent so much time in it! Ailime was very responsive on any questions that we had. We would 100% stay here again when we come back to Havasu.

Great stay for an affordable cost!

Ellie greeted us with key and gate opener with a smile. We did a walk through with her to the space, where our dogs could go to the bathroom etc. Ellie and Sam were responsive to any questions we had and made us feel welcome. Thank you to them both again for a great casita stay!

We just completed a wonderful 6 week stay at Mike and Judy’s home in Havasu. It could not have been a more enjoyable experience. Mike was always available and responsive to questions or concerns. We found the house to be exactly as advertised and loved the neighborhood. Of all the Airbnb host we’ve dealt with Mike and Judy are exceptional.

awsome home! lot's of room feels comfortable. plenty of kitchen items to make at home dining. close to downtown, London Bridge. fully fenced private yard plenty of parking. nice small town friendly people! host was great they do a superb job. can't wait to go back! great time!

The house was clean and matched the pictures/description in the listing. The pool/patio was just as gorgeous as the pictures. It felt very safe and secluded while still being in town. The location at the top of the hill provides excellent views of the mountain and lake. Nick responded quickly to an issue that came up when we arrived and took care of the problem promptly. The house was clean and accommodating for our group of 9. Amenities within the house were top notch. Parking for 2 cars was no problem. Would highly recommend this house!

We stayed in Gwen's beautiful home for three months. From check-in to check-out, Gwen was very easy to work with. She was quick to communicate with us when we had a question or concern and was very respectful. Very comfortable home. We enjoyed our time there and look forward to spending time there next winter. Germain and Vicky’s place was a great hub for our first time in Havasu! The street was quiet, and the home relaxing. The AC was on when we walked in and very comfortable, and all of the bedding was very soft! It was a great location, we would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking — perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The swimming pool was clean, spacious, and a great spot to cool off during the day. The hot tub was a real highlight too, so relaxing after a long day of exploring. Everything was well-maintained and the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Such a beautiful home, with a great view! Had a wonderful time at this place, our family loves the Landing, so we will most definitely be back. The home was so spacious and there were lots of great hangout out spots within the home. The patio was set up so beautifully with a great area to watch the sunset! Would 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to stay again.

Felt safe in that neighborhood. Having not experienced one before, the massage chair was interesting, but nice. The use of the garage was very helpful to us. Beds were comfy, towels fluffy.

The hospitality and communication was great! Very comfortable home. Everything was cleaned to my standards and the carpet was steam cleaned prior to our arrival. With me being a retired veteran cleanliness and organization is important. You will not be disappointed on your stay.

Ryan was a super host. When I messaged him he responded within minutes. The home was perfect for our group. We had a couple extra people for dinner Saturday night let Ryan know and he was okay. We had 2 boats plenty of room and the back yard is a large area to hang out. We had 14 people Saturday night and played games upstairs. There was enough open space for us all. We really had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We will be back!
