Condo vacation rentals in Lake Havasu City

We loved the location and its easy access! The brochures on the table gave us good information. The neighbors were outgoing and fun to talk with. We loved the space and everything was as described. We would be very happy to stay again!

Martys place is great place right next to an area with plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed the pool and how easy it was to check in.

Great ! 10 stars! I choose airbnb by location. Location was 1 mile from lake ( i walked to lake everyday, body beach, london bridge, channel, rotary park). Best part - downtown area was one block by walking. Bowling, resturants, bars, and shops. Smiths grocery store was 1 block by walking. I felt right at home! I cooked everyday. I felt very safe. The pool was clean and warm. The bed comfy and clean. 2 TVs had many options. Bathroom was private and clean. I had everything I needed for a whole month! Communication was great and I felt the host was available to me when I had concern or q. I highly recommend this gem! AC system and WiFi works great. 1st floor easy access. Mail delivery was easy. Had plenty of towels. I am truly greatful for this amazing gem and the location really cannot be beat. I stayed for a month without a car and explored a lot of lake havasu lake and social scene. Thank you many times to my great host! Highly reccomend to solo and family travelers! Best!

Vicki was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and communicative. When I encountered an issue, she helped right away and was flexible. We already have our next stay booked.

We spent a weekend at JD’s place and it was great! We loved the place, very to close to many store and restaurant. Very close to the London bridge, and the lake. Great view, very well equipped. Very clean, a lot of parking, very calm area and JD was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay at this place again!

I absolutely loved it here! It was so clean and neat and cozy! This took me back to my 20s and how I wish I could do it all over! Would definitely do it all over again!

It was out of the way, but close to everything that we would need. The free laundry was nice. Everything was super clean. The pool and hot tub were really nice. We were able to use the grill with the borrowed tools. We had a beautiful honeymoon stay.

It was nice to have a spacious patio opening onto the grounds. We also enjoyed that you have a card table. The pool and hot tubs were well used.

For being the first time doing an air bnb, this was really nice staying here and being so convenient to the river where we were going for a last minute get away for Father’s Day weekend!

My friends and I had a great time. Everything was great and had no issues. It was perfectly located and walkable to the London Bridge. The contact person was very friendly and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to stay, and would stay here again in the future.

I’ve lost count now on how many times I’ve stayed at Nicholas’s condos. I’ve actually tried to book for my last few visits (I travel to Havasu for work) and his places are normally booked. If you see it available, book it! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Nicholas for another wonderful stay. It’s such a relief to have found such a wonderful and dependable stay in Havasu! honestly they put effort into the place and it's a great location. older guests may not know how a cast iron skillet works and ruin it for all of us lol
