Small cottage with charm at Øståsen in Vikersund. 40 min walk upwards from the parking lot. Here there is simple life without electricity and water. The road up is a nice trip, a bit heavy some lots. Recommend going upstairs before dark. Remember good shoes and warm cloths. At the top, the prize awaits, flat and nice with lovely views:) Bunk bed in kitchen, sofa bed in living room. Remember sleeping bag+pillowcase, bed sheets are in the cabin. *Road fee NOK 50,- *Remember drinking water! Dishwashing water is available in the cabin *storm kitchen/portable *Outhouse

Log cabin with a great view - one hour from Oslo.

Great log cabin with beautiful views (500 meters above sea level) only one hour from Oslo. The cabin is well equipped with a fireplace and wood stove in the living room. Kitchen with dishwasher. The cabin has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. One bedroom on loft (note! steep staircase) and one on 1 floor. Both bedrooms have a double bed. Several good hiking opportunities, driven ski slopes right at the cabin. Close to hiking trails in forests and fields, swimming opportunities. Great place for all the four seasons. Two bicycles to borrow.

Unique location by Randsfjorden and the wonderful nature. Here you can recharge your batteries and take part in all the sights and activities for big and small that are nearby. You come to ready-made beds, as well as towels. I'll do the laundry after you check out. But remember to wash up. The cottage consists of a living room/kitchen with sofa bed (140 cm) as well as a large bedroom with a continental bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed (160 cm). There is an outhouse, as well as a shower in the form of a bathroom in Randsfjorden. Welcome!

IMPORTANT 1: This is an OFF GRID CABIN. It is not possible to drive all the way to the cabin. From the parking spot it is a 900 meter walk (75 meters elevation) to the cabin. IMPORTANT 2: You need to bring bed sheet and linen or sleeping bag. IMPORTANT 3: There is only 12V electricity in the cabin for charging of phones etc. Beautiful Harebu is situated only 45 min. from the capital Oslo. Her you will find the cross country trails nearby and it is 0 meters to peace and calm.

Very nice villa inside the room is cozy and has all the amenities you need!The homeowner even thoughtfully prepared items like candy, cotton swabs, hand cream, etc., the bedrooms were comfortable and clean, and always everything was perfect!!It is worth mentioning that the homeowner's garden has been meticulously taken care of with lots of nice flowers and fruit trees to add to our trip in Oslo👍

We love Ole and his wife's place! After I was there once in October last year, I really wanted to come back this year, this time together with my partner. We felt very comfortable at the place again! It is extremely stylishly furnished, very clean and very well equipped. We also like the location very much - you have a wonderful view of a lot of nature and at the same time you can get to the city quite quickly. Ole and his wife are also very friendly hosts! We had a great stay at Trude's place. It was warm, clean, tidy and welcoming when we arrived, it was even put in the oven so we just needed to light a match up. We had everything we needed at all times and got tips on Christmas market nearby. Trude was gentle and nice to talk to and very accessible if there were any things. Thanks for us!
