This isn’t our first stay here, and it won’t be our last! Phoug is an excellent host—kind, responsive, and thoughtful. Every visit leaves us with more amazing memories as a family. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay for a weekend retreat! Very secluded and peaceful with this property being in a great location within a small gated neighborhood right on the water. The host was great - Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay

This is a wonderful place in a warm and friendly neighborhood. With Tawakoni Lake right behind the house, the setting has a calm and relaxing ambiance. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need—from the kitchen and bedrooms to the living areas and bathrooms. Although it’s a bit older, it has a cozy, homey feel that makes you feel instantly comfortable. During our stay, we didn’t find a single thing missing. I would highly recommend this place for any group.

Great place with a nice pool. Though we were all adult women, you could see there were lots of amenities if children were there. Loved the large dining table for meals. And great layout for conversing with your group, but then having the peace and solitude of one of four spacious bedrooms. Lovely home and fresh coffee beans were such a nice welcoming feel.

Stephen will responds to any questions you might have in a timely manner. overall we all 4 of us enjoyed ourselves.

Great place and location. Loved all the deer and birds. Beautiful view from the back porch. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Great location and close to several towns we wanted to visit. Will definitely book again when we visit the area.

Chris is absolutely the best host. We had a great time!! Relaxing, kids fishing, sitting around the fire pit, House has had some work since our last visit. So it's extremely nice. Certainly worth every penny... Will reserve for winter also !!! Our kids 15, 9, 12 all enjoyed themselves & loved spending time together with us. Rarely can I get them all together. Lol

This is our 5th time staying here and it is always wonderful. We has such a great girls weekend cooking in the kitchen and sitting on the patio. Even though this time we watched more TV because it rained the whole weekend. It was still relaxing. Looked forward to next year. Thank you Joel.

We enjoyed this lake home! It accomodated 6 very nicely with the 3BR and 2 BA. We spent a lot of our weekend outside outside and loved the view and backyard access to lake and fishing dock. We enjoyed kayaking and playing outdoor/indoor games. The house looked newly renovated and has comfortable beds, couch and patio furniture. The owners provided complimentary espresso, tea and some snacks. Great location, only 5 min drive to Brookshires, Hunt County Trade Center weekend flea market, and Thai 'n Sushi restaurant, where we had very good food and friendly service. We would be happy to come back here for another vacation!!

This place was great and exactly as how it was in the pictures. We were there for a 4 day weekend fishing trip with a group of 5 and the place accomodated us very well. Clean beds, big open living room and kitchen and nice dock. The owner was very responsive and notified us of the dock having electrical issues. I asked if they could run extension cords down to the dock because we had rented out some fishing boats and needed them charged. They accommodated the request and fixed the electrical short the next day. We enjoyed the place and had a great fishing trip.

Super cute place! This home is tucked into a neighborhood close to Lake Tawakoni and close to boat ramps. Ideal for what we needed. Parking in the front is limited to smaller vehicles, but with a little creativity and some old school Tetris skills, parking bigger vehicles can be achieved. The home has fresh modern updates. All the amenities you can think of and plenty of space for 5 adults. The backyard is huge! We totally enjoyed that space sitting around the fire-pit. The absolute chef's kiss is the immediate response from the host.

This home was refreshed recently and all the amenities were in perfect condition. We especially loved the bidet :) The road within the community could use some pothole repair but otherwise it was a pleasure to stay at Heather's. She was extremely responsive and flexible when we needed to extend one day. We were conveniently located near the new large boat launch to meet our fishing guide. Loved it!

John's place has a beautiful view of the lake with nice porches to hang out. The house is decorated with unique items that are interesting to look at. I was able to relax and unwind. He is a very responsive host and I look forward to returning.

Ceci was very help and communicative throughout out the whole process! Great view and distance from the lake! We also enjoyed the layout of the house and were all able to watch movies together. The fire pit was also great.

One of the best family vacations we have had! We enjoyed coffee on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake every morning. During the day our whole family played in the lake on the foam float, kayak, paddle board and paddleboat. The dock was a huge hit with the kids as we spent a great deal of time fishing, feeding the ducks and turtles. At night we made s’mores over the fire pit by the lake. We felt like this was our own private lake most days with the beautiful smooth water. Brent and J.C. are the best hosts and we can’t wait for our next trip here!

First time staying in an air b&b, and it was an amazing experience, the host was very straight forward and everything went over smooth. Wonderful place!

Kim and Mike are awesome host! The home was cozy and well kept. The views and access to the lake are beautiful.
