Maybe I'm a little partial, but I really have to pinch myself when I go visit Callie's cottage. Imagine...a beautiful country road, quiet except for the occasional sound of a cow. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

You’ll love it because it is tucked away on 75 acres only a mile from the city limits, The Place has a professional kitchen, beautiful views of oaks, a private pool, a bunk room with six beds, a private double room, a game room, balcony, and swimming pool. Cozy cabin located near Lake Bob Sandlin and private neighborhood boat dock. Take a stroll along the pond and you might spot a deer. Spend the day at the lake fishing, boating, or just relaxing at the many nearby parks. Wind the day down watching the sunset, hanging around the fire pit, or showing off your BBQ skills on the outdoor grill. We now have fiber optic INTERNET!! We also offer an assortment of movies so you can enjoy family time and have a movie night!

Wildflower yurts are one of a kind romantic getaway for two! You have all the comforts of home, like air conditioning, electricity, showers and toilets. Beautiful sunrise/sunset views of farm country and the Wildflower Wedding Venue property. Private shady spots in the trees perfect for reading a book in the hammock. We have three yurts on the property Honeysuckle, Primrose and the Bluebonnet. All three can be booked on Airbnb.

Short 20 minute drive to Lake Fork. No chores at check out!

Located on 18 acres of meadows and wooded trails, the Half Lady bunkhouse is clean, spacious and charming. Fish, stroll wooded trails, chill out on the porch, star gaze by the fire pit or create a gourmet meal in fully equipped kitchen. Price shown is for 1 or 2 guests. $10 per person after that.
