Cabin vacation rentals in Lake Cypress Springs

My husband and I had a last minute get away for a fishing trip. This place was perfect for the two of us! Nice and quaint little guest house with a great dock - Kerin was a wonderful host with great communication! Would recommend if you find yourself needing a place in the area!

This was a great place to relax and enjoy nature. We stayed Wed-Sat in April, so it was very quiet until Friday when the neighbors arrived, and even then it wasn’t bad. It rained hard one afternoon so we spent a few hours in Winnsboro (15-20 minutes away) at the antique stores and bakery. We spent an entire day at the beautiful Lake Bob Sandlin State Park (15-20 minute drive). The house had a well-stocked kitchen, and everything was clean. The upstairs bathroom is very small, but the bedrooms are decent sized. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were roomier. There is a Dollar General a few minutes away and a gas station will fishing tackle/bait. We mostly cooked meals during our stay, but we did get pizza from Parker’s pizza near the Dollar General. It was good. Parking our pickup was nerve-wracking. You have to pull over close to the retaining wall to stay out of the way of neighbors who need to get by. The retaining wall has no markers to see how close you are to going off the edge.

I have zero complaints about my stay at this beautiful cabin. It was very peaceful and quiet. If you’re someone who likes nature and loves to be surrounded by water, then this place is for you. I appreciated how quick Khira responded to any question that I had, and she was very flexible on my check in time. I felt right at home and stress free immediately. It also helps that the pictures give you an accurate image of what the place looks like. I will say that this place is in a small town so you will need to bring your own food. Luckily there was a Brookshires 2 miles away that had everything I needed. Overall I completely enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much Khira.

Had a great 1 day stay with my boyfriend & his daughter. Woke up drinking my coffee with a view of the lake. We watched people on a boat fish, it was very entertaining because they actually were catching fish lol. Kimberly was very responsive!!! I appreciated that so much. I would again. Do not hesitate if you are interested just book it.

We had a great time staying at the cabin! Everything was clean and the backyard was perfect for kids and all outdoor entertainment. We can't wait for our next trip!

Exactly as advertised! Comfy beds, right by the water with convenient boat slips to use. Would stay again.

My 3 daughters and I had an incredible time! The cabin was actually even more beautiful and charming than the pictures make it out to be! I loved the personal touches throughout and how Cheryl and Randy greet you when you arrive and give you a tour of the property and all the amazing amenities you can take advantage of during your stay - from the chapel, to the workout room, to the library/movie room, and more! The farm fresh breakfast on Cheryl and Randy's beautiful deck overlooking the pool, pond and nature is A MUST! My girls loved all the farm animals and two VERY friendly farm dogs! I can't wait to go back and experience the other cabins and spend more time with Cheryl and Randy hearing their amazing story!

From the moment we arrived, we felt like family. Our host welcomed us with open arms, serving the most loving homemade breakfasts. Our kids adored the sweet grandparents, making it truly a home away from home. The cabin is beyond beautiful—pictures don’t do it justice. Surely, the spirit of God fills this special place. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return!

My kids (7 and 10) and I had a great stay. The baby goats arrived in perfect time for my 10 year old to love on them all day, and the restricted access to the property made it safe for her to do that without me hovering. The hot tub was very spacious, the massage chair in the workout room was way better than expected, and Doc the dog was the best trail guide. The kids said they would go back for a week even though there was no internet for their devices.

This beautiful cottage was so perfect in so many ways. It has everything you may need or want to do. Relax in the hot tub, soak in the beautiful bathtub, sit around the fire ring, or lounge in front of the fireplace while watching a movie. Anna was able to accommodate us even though it was a last minute stay. We ate breakfast at Haven, the food and staff were great. We walked across the street to shop at Finders keepers antique store. Also visited the Sinclair market for a refreshing drink and snacks. You should also visit the center for Arts. This little town has it all. We will definitely come back to visit. Dont hesitate to book. The most unique thing Anna did was have the song, the Moonlight Serenade by Glenn Miller playing in the background as you walk into this beautiful, peaceful, romantic cottage. A place to stay for any local events weddings, graduations, XV and had the pleasure to talk to the hunters. Check out Brodie B&H Outfitters on FB and BHoutfitterbrodie Insta. The hunters talked about their hunts and had a blast and got some good game out.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was blown away by how accommodating the hosts were. They were friendly and checked in on us since we had to drive across Texas. I will be recommending their booking to all of my friends and family. The cabin was perfect and I enjoyed saying hi to their ouos every morning.

First let me say this, the pictures do not do this place justice! From arrival until departure we were happy. Brought my dad on a fishing trip to fish from the boat house. He is partially disabled and has trouble walking inclines or long distances. The boathouse was not too far from the house or not too hard of a walk for him. We were able to catch 2 catfish from there. No boats needed! Fair warning, you are in the wild and will see some spiders but they stay to themselves. Will definitely be back again soon!

The house was very nice and clean and we had great communication from our host, Lupe. We were there for a fishing trip and the property was only a few minutes from the lake and it was perfect for our vehicles with boats. Also had multiple outdoor plugs for charging. Highly recommend this place for fishermen and we will definitely use again.

Beautiful cabin it has something for everyone. My kids loved the enchanted forest walk next to the cabin. Great costumer service.

Janee’s place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and enjoying the peacefulness. There are plenty of things to do in the area, but it’s nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. We would absolutely stay here again.
