Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake City

I have stayed at Cooper’s loft multiple times. Its’s by far our favorite place to stay when visiting our girls in EauClaire. I’m certain we’ll be back! Thank you!

We stayed at this conveniently located place for 6 weeks to help our family member recover from major surgery at the Mayo Clinic. We felt right at home and very supported by the thoughtful way Jeff and Stephanie have furnished the place, including height-adjustable beds, a shower stool and grab bars, and two comfortable electric recliners in the living room in front of a large TV. The bonus space in the partially finished basement provided extra space for privacy when needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and generous in providing assistance when we needed it, sometimes even before we realized we needed it (such as a heads up about a coming snowstorm). As other reviews have noted, there is a small flat upstairs that is separately rented as an Airbnb (which we also have stayed in in the past, very cute) and so there was some sound of footsteps from time to time. It was easy to adjust to the sound though and everyone was respectful. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were in town to visit our two kids who live in St. Paul. As their apartment is tiny, Hannah's place gave us the room we needed for the 4 of us to hang out, share dinner and play games together. The location was great as well being close to pretty much anything we wanted to do! Hannah was a communicative host and we will consider staying again!

Very charming local and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Host was responsive and checked in and check out went very smooth. Highly recommend.

Abbey's place is one of the best places you could stay at. She provided an amazing place where we could stay for a semester while my girlfriend studied at Stout. Originally, the Airbnb was only for one person since it has a one person bed, but Abbey bought an extra mattress so that the both of us could sleep comfortably, which we really appreciated. Furthermore, the kitchen is amazing and has everything you need to cook. The communication with Abbey is also very easy. She answers very fast, and if there's any problem, she makes sure it is resolved as soon as possible. Last but not least, if you love animals, this place will be perfect for you. All neighbours have dogs who loves attention and like to play in the backyard, and Meow Meow is also not shy and will come ask for attention when you're in the hallway, which we absolutely loved. If you're looking for a place where you stay comfortably, with amazing neighbours and animals, and a great host, this Airbnb is really recommended.

Great place! I love the mid-century modern touches throughout the house. It is a bright airy interior with big comfortable beds and a highly functional kitchen. I was here with my son and it was perfect for us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Very comfortable living room. Excellent communication.

My husband and I decided to take a long weekend in the cities, as we were traveling to Treasure Island for a comedy show. We had made prior arrangements to stay at a hotel that turned out to be absolutely filthy. We booked this home and it was available to us within the hour! Andrew was terrific to work with! He was very responsive and gave very detailed check-in instructions! We grabbed a bite to eat and met up with some friends before going to the house, so it was dark by the time we arrived. Aside from a few One-Way streets to navigate around, the house was extremely easy to find and we were able to get comfortable right away! The only thing we wish we would have had was air conditioning, as it got very warm in the house, being we stayed in August. There were a few fans for us to use and the windows were easy to open, so it didn’t damper our visit at all! 10 out of 10, would recommend! We would definitely stay again!

One of the most thoughtfully appointed places I’ve stayed. Extra towels and dishes meant I didn’t have to do wash frequently. Shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, extra paper towels, food storage meant I didn’t have to run to the store first thing. We just settled right into this very homey house with comfortable beds & furniture. Fantastic location in quiet neighborhood close to miles of paved walkways. Even an easy walk to the local Hy-Vee and shopping center. Ila was very responsive to my questions and earns her designation as Super Host!

A Heartfelt and Healing Getaway This home truly has everything you need for a perfect stay—but what made it unforgettable was how it made us feel. As a single mom of teenage boys, life can be a lot. This peaceful retreat gave us the space to reconnect, breathe, and just be. We spent time down at the river, laughed together, and watched my sons play like they were little again—it brought tears to my eyes. The home is spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need. The soaking tub was a dream, and the whole place felt like a warm hug. The host was unbelievably kind, helpful, and generous—going above and beyond in every way. This stay brought healing, joy, and peace back into our hearts, and I’ll be forever grateful. If you’re looking for more than just a place to stay, this is it. We can’t wait to return.

Clean and neat house in family neighborhood. Fenced in backyard which is nice because we had kids that wanted to play in snow. Easy drive to Mayo Clinic for appointments

What a great place! After a long drive we arrived late in the evening. And upon entering the kitchen, Rose had some fresh delicious chocolate chip cookies waiting for us! Perfect for a night cap! We were so tired after a long drive, this immediately felt like home away from home. And the location to downtown is right down the street ! No turns! We were able to make it to the Mayo in 5 min with traffic. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were so amazing! It’s nice to have a comfortable home to return to after a long day of doctor appointments. Thanks again guys! 🫶

Beautiful home within walking distance of everything you could need or want. The house was large and spacious, and we loved the light fixtures. The dining table was perfect for games and art projects. We enjoyed the beauty and coziness of the indoor fireplace and also spent hours outback on the patio with the gas fire pit. Everyone slept great on the comfortable beds. Adam was an excellent communicator and responses were immediate. We will be back!

A very nice place for a long term stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Great River Flats in Lake City! Beautiful views by the water and a beautiful condo! I forgot my necklace and the host reached out to let me know their housekeeper found it. We never heard any of our neighbors at all! Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Lake City!

We really enjoyed our stay in late March. Great views of Lake Pepin and the sunrise over the bluffs. Saw a number of bald eagles soaring past on the waterline. The unit is in great shape -- very new, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-appointed. The building seemed mostly empty and Lake City was very quiet -- much busier during the summer I imagine! Note that there is a busy road between the unit and the lake/river. Easy to cross and the noise was not too bad, just something to be aware of, especially if you're expecting peace and quiet while sitting out on the balcony. Hiking in nearby Frontenac State Park was fantastic! The National Eagle Center to the south is worth a visit too. Also, try the Nelson Creamery on the Wisconsin side! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here.

We had a great stay! The condo matched the description perfectly. Something to note - the bunk beds don’t feel the most solid but our kids did fine on them for one night. The couch isn’t the most comfy since it’s a sleeper sofa. Also, while we had everything we needed for one night in the kitchen, it is very bare bones in terms of what was available for kitchen items. We would stay again if it’s a shorter visit!

Unit was cozy and warm, and had everything we needed. Located one turn from the interstate between both Mayo campuses with off street parking. Rita and Qamar are very responsive hosts. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice alternative to a hotel in Rochester.

This condo is a really nice place. Very secure, very roomy, excellent view of Lake Pepin, and great furnishings including comfortable beds, towels, kitchen furnishings, etc. However, there were several glaring issues. The first is the complete lack of any window covering for the large windows that look out over the lake and highway immediately in front of the unit. Not a problem during the day but we felt a complete lack of privacy during the non-daylight hours. Second is a very loud and obnoxious HVAC system. Lastly was the non-stop traffic noise from the highway directly in front of the unit.

First I would say " I did not want to leave"! Jeanne's loft is amazing. she has created a wonderfully peaceful place. My daughter and I stayed there prior to a Mayo appt. And we hope to schedule another visit very soon. I enjoyed my morning walk about their garden and yard and up the path to the top of the hill. Anything that was needed , it was there. Resteraunts and grocery store are 5 minutes away but their home in their woodsy setting makes you feel like you're way out in the country. Thank you Jeanne for our wonderful short stay.

Absolutely would not hesitate to return! Loved the sunrises on the patio, comfortable bed and pillows, and very spacious. Worth knowing for your stay: I’d say the kitchen has your essentials for cooking, but no extras like foil, ziplock, coffee, seasonings, etc so be prepared if you plan your cook. The lighting is pretty much all or none. With no lamps in the living room area, I pulled out one from the bedroom during our stay so we didn’t have to have the bright lights on. The garage and parking lot is narrow. If you have a large SUV or truck, it will be could be difficult to get in and out of. For reference, we have a VW Atlas and it was tight getting in/out of garage. More positives: Nice touch having a cozy blanket available to use. The rooftop area is wonderful and you can’t beat the view.
