Everything was excellent during our stay. The place is as shown in the pictures, very clean and comfortable. In addition, the area where it is located is very accessible, with everything you need nearby and good connections to get around the city. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Lilia's place was absolutely fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lilia was a wonderful host. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the comfortable bed, the lovely outdoor space. The location was perfect for what we needed and we truly felt at home. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

Hector is amazing. He is very responsive and great host. Great response rate and accurate information. Place was tidy and completely spotless. We enjoyed the time, and Hector made it everything easier. He provided great restaurant recommendations. If you plan to sleep until late in the morning, consider no A/C available. Sunlight hits department all morning, water fan does its job.

We loved the accommodation, the house is very large and has a very nice terracita. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the water was hot even at night that the atmosphere was cold. The rooms are very spacious and each with its own bathroom, excellent for large groups. The host makes you feel right at home. We're definitely going back.

Our stay was very pleasant, I loved how clean and immaculate the whole house was. The Air conditioning was fantastic the furniture was beautiful. We felt right at home. Definitely will rent this place again when we pass through town again.

Although I didn’t need to contact host I felt she was available by comments sent . We enjoyed the popcorn & chips she left for us to snack on . Would definitely recommend & return

We thoroughly enjoyed a long stay in this beautiful home. Emanuel and Cynthia were very kind and generous and attentive - we even extended our stay for a few more days! This is a charming and elegant home and it is filled with beautiful jungle flowers in the spring. Highly recommended especially for families and couples traveling through the Lake Chapala region.

Excellent place to get out of the routine and spend time with the family, everything is very clean, easy to get to, good communication. The pool is 10/10. Everything is very nice !

Fer communicated with me from the beginning, he was always available!! The house is easily accessible, with a very good location, very clean!! Really nice, better than in the photos, we really enjoyed the common areas!! Excellent host, we will definitely be back!!

Javier is a great communicator and kind host. His house is large and great for a family gathering. The location is unbeatable, 2 blocks from great restaurants and the Malecon! There is a soft bed, medium firm bed, and firm bed- something for everyone. We especially enjoyed bird watching on the rooftop with morning tea!

We had a spectacular time in Ajijic. Regina made our stay pleasurable. We were beyond satisfied with the house, amenities, and safety. I look forward to staying at Regina's place next we are visiting Ajijic. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the B&B. It is not very close to town so if you want to go into town there are options - you need to take a taxi or get a rental car.

I really enjoyed staying in the heart of Ajijic - close to the plaza and the excellent restaurants. The host was very responsive and the caretakers were very kind and friendly. I loved the cat that lived on the property too!

If you are looking for a nice and cozy living space, this is it. Beautiful landscaping in this peaceful gated community. with a great pool and within walking distance to many restaurants, a Plaza and a lake walkway. (malecon). I hope to return soon.
