Villa vacation rentals in Lake Chapala

Tracy is, without doubt, the ‘hostess with the mostest’. Her communication was excellent and she helped us in so many ways. Her Casa is exceptional, the pictures are very accurate and can only show a few facets of this amazing property. The views are stunning, especially from the upper level. The Casa is very well stocked to meet all needs. The home is immaculately clean and is situated within a gated community. Located between Chapala and Ajijic you have great access to explore yet it is quiet at night. In summary we loved it!

Excellent accommodation, we spent some incredible days there!!! Everything was excellent and they were always attentive to our questions A place that conveys tranquility and relaxation. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful and spacious house. Perfect for a big group

The place is very nice, and it is located in a very quiet area with a great view and close to the village, both Claudia and Clara were very friendly with us were always on the slope and resolved us quickly, the space is bigger than we thought and very comfortable, it is a very pleasant space to stay.

We loved our stay in Ajijic. Caryn’s place was both beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. The back yard was spectacular, even better than the pictures! The home was in a quieter area of Ajijic but still walkable to everything and being right next door to one of the best restaurants in town - Casa Lule was a huge plus! Caryn was extremely accommodating and our concierge Becky had great recommendations and was available if we needed anything locally. We would definitely stay again!

It's a little pricy for the area, but it is a spectacular home with every amenity you need . Huge kitchen, great dining room and living room with comfortable furniture. A large-screen smart TV is there - not wired to any service, so bring your Netflix/Amazon passwords. The big screened-in patio surrounded by the gardens was a beautiful spot to sit and have coffee in the morning. It is a bit of a walk to the town plaza, but a very pleasant one along the lake - the malecon starts just 60 yards away from the entrance to this private road. In Ajijic, one doesn't have to walk great distances, but the sidewalks and roads are challenging if you have bad knees. The roads are well maintained, but they are cobblestone. Taxis are readily available in the plaza or by phone during the daytime. Even though we were on a late flight - getting in around 9:00 PM, we were met at the gate and shown around and provided with keys and a gate remote. It was a great stay for a small family get-together.

The place is just like the photos, super nice and well-kept. The house comes with everything you need to have a pleasant stay and the pools are very comfortable. Since they are heated, my 7-month-old baby enjoyed them very much. They were always attentive. We definitely want to return

The house is at the shore of the Chapala Lake, an unbeatable location. Very well cared for and extremely clean. It has a couple that takes care of it and cleans the garden daily. It has 4 bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 beds and 3 bathrooms in total. A fully-equipped kitchen. A splendid garden with an exceptional view. Rafael was a great host. The little details that came up were immediately corrected. We had a very pleasant stay and with a lot of desire to be back

Unique place, spectacular view. Each room has its own special touch and art. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, everything was perfect, 100% recommended. The pool is spectacular, the dogs are very friendly. I'll be back!

Beautiful peaceful place, very close to the boardwalk and little downtown area of Jocotepec. Convincente store right across the street. Comfortable beds, hot water showers, large kitchen and living area. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Our stay was amazing. The house and its amenities were very clean and in good condition. The pool was in perfect temperature we could enjoy until very night with the children, with a very nice view. Viridiana who is the person in charge of receiving us, she is very kind and very attentive and responded very quickly when we had any questions. No doubt it was 10/10 the place

It was a very nice stay, the house is beautiful, very quiet ideal to rest, the pool size is enough to swim, my dogs also enjoyed the stay. My husband and I matched the host Jen's details. The view that the house has on the lake is spectacular, waking up, eating or watching the afternoon fall with that view is very enjoyable. The gardens are very well maintained. Excellent experience highly recommended, we will definitely return.
