Welcome! Our apartment is perfect for people who prefer not to be in hustle and bustle but close enough to visit. We live upstairs so if there is anything you need just ask. It's a 2 minute walk to the malecon and Park by the lake, about 5 min down the road to small tiendas and a 5 min walk up the hill to the bus where it's a 10 min ride to Jocotepec or 20 minutes to Ajijic. And there is also onsite massage! You'll be more comfy if you're a dog person as we have a few friendly ones.

Beautiful sunsets, ideal for lounging and relaxing, grilling with friends under a large mango tree. Own interior garden, very large family common area with access to rustic grill. Excellent location between the center of Ajijic and La Floresta, friendly and very quiet neighbors.

Excellent service from Arturo and the house is amazing, the house is amazing, we were amazing.

Hectors place was amazing! The photos do not do it justice. We stayed here with our entire family for my wedding across the street at Jardin El Pedregal and had the best time. Hector was very accommodating with a special request and the house keeper, Alejandrina, that came daily was very attentive.
