The place was bigger than the pictures. I really enjoy the walkable location near PanaGym, restaurants and the Mercado felt like a local which is always my ultimate goal when I visit a new country.

It was a nice place, host was very friendly, sent us a list of suggestions on where to go and where to eat. Only one room has AC, the other one has a fan, private parking, tours agency right across the street. One thing to consider bathroom and shower are separate rooms but shower door is see-through apart from that everything is great!

Perfect location! 3minute tuktuk to everything or 9-10mins walking. Sababa resort/ ferry doc/ and Mr mullets all in that distance. Pictures are accurate but much better in person! Highly recommend as host made everything super easy and willing to help with anything. OAN:If you use wash cloth for body they don’t supply. None of the location we stayed had them (we brung some so wasn’t an issue for us😂)

This was perfect for my 3-week stay while studying at the Cooperativa Spanish school. Juana and Jade were both super responsive and friendly the few times I reached out. The location was easy walking to the school, the lake and the tourist area, but far enough from the main backpackers area that it was quieter than there. There is a nightclub across the street, and an excellent cafe, but both can get noisy. But honestly, no where in San Pedro is going to be considered ‘quiet,’ so in the scheme of things, this apartment was a haven! And, back in the bedrooms the noise was vastly diminished. Kitchen is clean and functional with the basics. The one thing that threw me off was the steep staircase to the apartment. The stairs at the top are pretty narrow which could prove challenging for those with mobility issues. There is a railing which made it manageable. Overall, I hope to go back for more Spanish lessons, and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Si lo que necesitas es un espacio a buen precio para dormir porque vas en plan de turistear, es una muy buena opción, queda a unos pasos del Mirador y un balneario. Caminando a paso tranquilo en 15 min llegas a la calle de las Sombreros y calle de las Sombrillas y por supuesto al muelle que te permite conectar con los pueblos del Lago Atitlán. La disponibilidad y amabilidad de Marisol son excepcionales .

We had a wonderful stay in Panajachel! The location was perfect—close enough to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful for relaxing. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Communication was easy and responsive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the little touches that made us feel welcome. We would absolutely love to stay here again when we return to Panajachel next year. Highly recommended!

Lo mejor del apartamento, es la vista del lago, esta ubicado en el 10mo. nivel, las fotos de la página son reales, muy buena ubicación, tiene parqueo, acceso a la piscina, Jacuzzi y la playa del hotel. Cerca de la Reserva de Atitlan y de otros hoteles que brindan el servicio de Restaurante, el pueblo Panajachel esta a 5 minutos en vehiculo. Glenda atendío nuestro requerimiento, fácil check in y check out.

Lovely location, great communication and gorgeous space! The room is exactly as pictured and has everything you need for a lovely stay in San Pedro.

Wow I can’t believe how beautiful and affordable this Airbnb was! I originally had only rented it so we can be closer to the port to transfer to Panajachel. But we were welcome by the most beautiful view I seen, the apartment itself is so spacious and because it’s in a Hostel it has so many amenities including a rooftop with a view and hammocks. I was so sad that we only spend a day here as this could have easily been my base camp for the whole trip. Super convenient location, clean, and the view… wow. What a great find!

Très bel appartement, avec une vue extraordinaire sur le lac. L’ensemble est très propre et vaut le prix payé. Il faut juste savoir que l’arrivée est un peu compliquée si on n’a pas de connexion internet car l'adresse n'est pas précise et les gens ne connaissent pas forcément (il faisait nuit et il pleuvait en plus pour nous). Il faut donc bien imprimer tous les conseils de Johnny à l’avance, ce que nous n’avions pas complètement fait. Pour que ce soit parfait il faudrait prévoir une serpillière aussi pour le ménage et un torchon de plus. La cuisine est aussi assez sommaire, bien pour prendre le petit-déjeuner mais sinon nous avons mangé dehors (pas de gaz dans la gazinière et le problème n’a pas été réglé). Mais malgré ces précisions, notre séjour a été très agréable et nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

It‘s a rare thing to find a place that looks better in real life than in the pictures of the ad. This one is one of these. Very close to the town centre, situated in a beautiful garden. A real treat.

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. This space is roomy and bright. I loved laying in the hammock in the mornings. It is quite a hike up if you’re up for the exercise but the tuk tuk drivers know the place and bring you right up to the walkway leading to the gate.

We had a great stay! The condo was nice and clean. The pool and grounds were clean and beautiful! It was fun to explore the Nature reserve close by. The view from the condo was AMAZING! We would love to stay here again. Just make sure you clarify where the location is because our service was spotty in Pana. Thankfully the host was able to help us find the condo quickly.

An amazing spot with all that you need to decompress and enjoy the Lake. Charming with a lot of attention to details, beautiful views, kind staff and having the Okaniko restaurant available for delicious meals and cold beers makes this perfect (as there aren't many other amenities nearby- about a 20m walk along the lake to other restaurants).

Quedamos enamorados de la casa, es como en las fotos y creo que hasta mejor. Todo súper completo y limpio, dio mucho gusto y placer descansar en la casa. Hans siempre responde rápido y es muy amable. Don Carlos el guardián es una persona maravillosa, paciente, amable y bueno. Sin duda tengo que volver. 1000/10 👌🏻

Excelente lugar para vacacionar en familia o con amigos, amplio y con vistas preciosas, tiene todo para pasarla increíble hasta juegos de mesa, la cocina súper completa tiene hasta una Alexa, recomiendo mucho este lugar Aspectos a tomar en cuenta: Súper retirado de todo ni una tienda cerca, lo más cercano es Santa Catarina Palopó a 30 minutos y Panajachel como a 45 minutos. El camino desde Santa Catarina Palopó no es el mejor, se iba convirtiendo de 2 carriles pasaba a 1 y hay como 15 minutos de terracería la cual cuando fuimos habían reparaciones, ignoro si pondrán asfalto pero en lluvia no creo que suba carro pequeño por 2 cuestas con tierra suelta, si vienen desde Patzún ahí si es calle asfaltada y 10 minutos de terracería. Solo pusieron 2 rollos de papel para una familia de 7 estando 3 días y no dieron sábanas extras, considero que para familias así es necesario Recomiendo traer comida para los días de vacaciones y no salir mucho, la pasarán increíble, yo lo disfruté demasiado.
