This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

This casita is absolutely stunning! The views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is peaceful and serene. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a retreat. The on-site management was incredibly responsive and attentive, making the stay even more seamless. I have absolutely no complaints—if I could live here, I would! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Place is wonderful, how ever it does not have easy access to the lake

This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana! The house is amazing, very complete in every way, there is a manager who is always attentive to your needs and the things you might need, and the view when you wake up is impressive, I definitely recommend it and I would stay again if I had the chance

Always magical here. Second time staying, and our group loved it. Eric helps with everything, his cooks are the best, and his transport is the nicest to get to the lake. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay! Didn’t realize how hilly it was to walk into town but Juan helped us get tuktuks whenever we needed and was so helpful. Definitely more for a relaxing, beautiful stay! The property and view was gorgeous and Juan and Melvin (the house managers) were so kind, responsive and helped us out a lot and Hans was very kind and helpful before the stay too. The place was well equipped and clean as well.

This place exceeded our expectations, it was even more beautiful than the photos! The living space is spacious and breathtaking, with a stunning yard that offers an unobstructed view of the volcano. The kitchen was fantastic, and we loved spending our evenings cooking dinner and grilling on the barbecue. Every night, we used the temazcal (like a sauna), which made our stay even more special. Lesley and the groundskeeper were incredibly responsive, kind, and made us feel right at home. Lesley also shared local recommendations and kept us informed about daily events in San Marcos. An unforgettable stay, we wish we could have stayed longer!

The location is fantastic; it's very close to the charming town of San Marcos, which offers a variety of restaurant options. I always looked forward to breakfast overlooking the lake each morning. It was such a treat! We also made great use of the kayaks that were available. The host was amazing at organizing our transfers, making everything seamless. The service was great, and I'm already planning a return trip for a longer stay. This place deserves more than a short visit to truly appreciate its beauty and tranquility!

Joshua’s home was a paradise getaway. The views of Lake Atitlan from almost every angle were captivating. The architecture of the villa was an art of its own. The house manager & his son were incredibly helpful, gracious, & much appreciated in every way! & what a lovely experience it was to be boat taxied into town and back. Beds were comfortable, home was clean, and kitchen came equipped with anything you could need. We hope to return at some point, a definite recommend.

Beautiful and tranquil spot near San Pedro. The views of the lake were stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful—great for relaxing. A bit removed from the bustle, but still easy to get into town. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

A very nice cabin to relax, comfortable and excellent service.

Don’t wait, BOOK NOW! You won’t regret it, it’s so beautiful & peaceful. A 5 minute walk to their farm full of animals: llamas, chickens, goats, pigs,etc. for free! You also get breakfast included & the people are so attentive & nice. Waking up to the sunrise thru the clear windows is something you have to experience. They have so many activities & a great restaurant too.

A stay with stunning views, they were always in constant communication and were flexible, as well as very attentive. There's no doubt it's a beautiful place. Perhaps the only thing to improve would be the condition of the steps to go up and access the cabin, since they are a bit slippery and somewhat demanding to go up with luggage and food for the stay. I'd come back without thinking. Thanks for everything!

Very nice place, with everything you need to have a great time. It has several services included, which makes it worth the price you pay, as you can use the stone tub, jacuzzi, yoga shala, pool, sauna, restaurant and access to the lake with its own dock. We had a great time at this place, thanks for hosting us.
