Apartment vacation rentals in Lake Atitlán

It is very close to the beach and the place is comfortable!

The place was bigger than the pictures. I really enjoy the walkable location near PanaGym, restaurants and the Mercado felt like a local which is always my ultimate goal when I visit a new country.

I loved this Airbnb so much. it is literally directly over all the action and I had a blast being in the center of it all. It also is surprisingly quiet in the bedroom despite being on the main street. The AC was excellent and I loved the balcony. if I could 10 stars I would. definitely goes into top 3 favorite Airbnbs I have stayed in.

Perfect location! 3minute tuktuk to everything or 9-10mins walking. Sababa resort/ ferry doc/ and Mr mullets all in that distance. Pictures are accurate but much better in person! Highly recommend as host made everything super easy and willing to help with anything. OAN:If you use wash cloth for body they don’t supply. None of the location we stayed had them (we brung some so wasn’t an issue for us😂)

This was perfect for my 3-week stay while studying at the Cooperativa Spanish school. Juana and Jade were both super responsive and friendly the few times I reached out. The location was easy walking to the school, the lake and the tourist area, but far enough from the main backpackers area that it was quieter than there. There is a nightclub across the street, and an excellent cafe, but both can get noisy. But honestly, no where in San Pedro is going to be considered ‘quiet,’ so in the scheme of things, this apartment was a haven! And, back in the bedrooms the noise was vastly diminished. Kitchen is clean and functional with the basics. The one thing that threw me off was the steep staircase to the apartment. The stairs at the top are pretty narrow which could prove challenging for those with mobility issues. There is a railing which made it manageable. Overall, I hope to go back for more Spanish lessons, and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

If you need a place to sleep at a good price because you're sightseeing, it's a very good option, it's a few steps from the Viewpoint and a spa. Walking at a leisurely pace, in 15 minutes you reach Calle de las Sombreros and Calle de las Sombrillas and of course the pier that allows you to connect with the villages of Lake Atitlán. Marisol's availability and kindness are exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay in Panajachel! The location was perfect—close enough to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful for relaxing. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Communication was easy and responsive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the little touches that made us feel welcome. We would absolutely love to stay here again when we return to Panajachel next year. Highly recommended!

The best thing about the apartment is the view of the lake. It is located on the 10th level. The photos on the page are real. A very good location, it has parking, access to the pool, Jacuzzi and the hotel beach. Close to the Atitlan Reserve and other hotels that provide restaurant service, the town of Panajachel is a 5-minute drive away. Glenda met our needs, easy check-in and check-out.

Wow I can’t believe how beautiful and affordable this Airbnb was! I originally had only rented it so we can be closer to the port to transfer to Panajachel. But we were welcome by the most beautiful view I seen, the apartment itself is so spacious and because it’s in a Hostel it has so many amenities including a rooftop with a view and hammocks. I was so sad that we only spend a day here as this could have easily been my base camp for the whole trip. Super convenient location, clean, and the view… wow. What a great find!

Very nice apartment, with an extraordinary view of the lake. The whole place is very clean and worth the price paid. You just have to know that check-in is a bit complicated if you don't have an internet connection because the address is not precise and people don't necessarily know it (it was dark and it was raining for us too). So you have to print all of Johnny's tips in advance, which we didn't quite do. To make it perfect, you should also provide a mop for cleaning and an extra cloth. The kitchen is also quite basic, good for breakfast but otherwise we ate out (no gas in the stove and the problem was not resolved). But despite these clarifications, our stay was very nice and we would be happy to come back.

It‘s a rare thing to find a place that looks better in real life than in the pictures of the ad. This one is one of these. Very close to the town centre, situated in a beautiful garden. A real treat.

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. Very unique stay, good location. It is an open layout and kind of outdoors. It can get loud with the dogs and the roosters so if sleeping is difficult for you, I wouldn’t recommend. There wasn’t any hot water. Overall decent stay

This space is roomy and bright. I loved laying in the hammock in the mornings. It is quite a hike up if you’re up for the exercise but the tuk tuk drivers know the place and bring you right up to the walkway leading to the gate.

We had a great stay! The condo was nice and clean. The pool and grounds were clean and beautiful! It was fun to explore the Nature reserve close by. The view from the condo was AMAZING! We would love to stay here again. Just make sure you clarify where the location is because our service was spotty in Pana. Thankfully the host was able to help us find the condo quickly.

Excellent condominium in a hotel that has a restaurant, game room, swimming pool, jacuzzi and private beach.

An amazing spot with all that you need to decompress and enjoy the Lake. Charming with a lot of attention to details, beautiful views, kind staff and having the Okaniko restaurant available for delicious meals and cold beers makes this perfect (as there aren't many other amenities nearby- about a 20m walk along the lake to other restaurants).

An excellent place to vacation with family or friends, spacious and with beautiful views, it has everything to have an incredible time, even board games, the fully-equipped kitchen even has an Alexa, I highly recommend this place Aspects to note Super secluded from everything, not even a store nearby. The closest is Santa Catarina Palopó, 30 minutes away, and Panajachel, about 45 minutes away. The road from Santa Catarina Palopó is not the best, it went from 2 lanes to 1 and there are about 15 minutes of unpaved road which when we went there were repairs, I don't know if they will put asphalt but in rain I don't think a small car will go up 2 slopes with loose soil, if you come from Patzún there it is a paved street and 10 minutes of unpaved road. They only put 2 rolls of paper for a family of 7 for 3 days and did not provide extra sheets. I think that for families like this it is necessary I recommend bringing food for the vacation days and not going out much. You'll have an amazing time. I really enjoyed it.
