Become a part of Micasa Coffee

We found this such a wonderful place to stay: private, quiet, unique and in the most stunning location, with the best coffee and patisserie at the cafe next door and only 15 min from the first Hakuba resorts. Kawamata was amazingly helpful and friendly helping us with everything. Our host Hajime was so friendly and fun too, helping us feel at home with everything request we had. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Can’t say enough good things about Dan and his home. Super cozy and clean. Dan picked us up/dropped us at the bus stop upon arrive which made it super easy. He took us to a place to rent skis and then showed us around the mountain. He even let us build a snow cave in his yard! Epic trip!

Eco B&B in harmony with nature. A double room with a comfortable interior and an environmentally friendly stay in the forest

PetraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Koki and Naomi's wooden house is a gem, and everything smells pleasantly of wood when you come in. The rooms are spacious, cozy, very clean and with the view of the trees around it really feels like this to be in the middle of the forest. Nevertheless, the house is centrally located. We took two hikes, which was quite possible despite the not quite finished ski season. Koki also cooks excellent, it is definitely worth eating on the days he cooks at Il Bosco in the evening. And recommended is also the use of the in-house onsen, for which you only have to register at a table in the morning. In short: We felt welcome and at home with Koki and Naomi and will miss the evening sitting by the oven downstairs in the living room.

Traditional Japanese Home in Hakuba Valley

AndrewRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had an amazing stay at Hitty’s house for a month. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and was even nicer than the photos. Omachi is a very peaceful town with groceries and many restaurants within walking distance from the home. We definitely recommend a visit to Noe bagels and Itadaki bakery! Hitty and Paul were incredibly friendly, attentive, and proactive hosts. They picked us up from the train station and took the time explain everything about the home to us. Throughout the stay they were always available for any questions we had. Couldn’t have had a better experience and would absolutely love to return! 10/10. Thank you!!
