Beautiful stay with breathtaking views. You will stay in the lower part of the cottage (the upper part is reserved for the owner), so the accommodation may seem a little dark. The cottage is well-equipped, and very quiet. The mountain views are splendid. Thank you for this trip!

Our stay went very well. The accommodation was as described, with all the necessary amenities. Small plus for the Nordic bath, heated upon arrival. Magali is a very responsive host who was able to meet our needs.

We came with my friends to spend a week in this beautiful cottage. The place is super soothing with the forest right next door. Valérie lives next to the cottage and is very easily reachable which allowed for great communication. The cottage is made of wood by her spouse and it's just beautiful! The stay at the castle was something very special for our whole family (6 adults, 3 children aged 4, 6 and 11)! The atmosphere is particularly elegant, the view awesome, plenty of good amenities and the surroundings gigantic! We enjoyed the garden with the various seating areas, played a lot of table tennis and hiked from the house, spent a wonderful afternoon at the lake directly in Bonneville, appreciated shopping in the village (especially the Fromagerie) and were from there in Chamonix (cogwheel railway: fantastic - gondola on the Aguille du Midi and hike from the middle station: breathtaking!) and in the "horseshoe valley" with the many waterfalls: highly recommended! Centrally located, well equipped, very warm flat. I stayed in the apartment for 1 month in January whilst searching for permanent accommodation and found it to be well suited to my needs.

A large and beautifully appointment loft right in the middle of Annecy. Easy to get around to all attractions. Would highly recommend a stay!

The space was clean and welcoming. The place is peaceful, ideal for spending a few days there. The host is friendly, and gives good advice (activities, restaurants, visits, etc.)

The place is really peaceful, the house was very clean, very well equipped there is really everything you need apart from the furniture we even found laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, paper towels, salt... Mathias wasn't there but he really planned everything for our arrival, even the plug to charge our vehicle in the evening. He even makes sure that everything goes smoothly during the stay. My kids loved the garden and all the entertainment amenities on site. The location is really great, very close to Geneva and also Annecy, the long weekend of the ascent is not enough to do all the visits because it is so beautiful. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and there will certainly be a next time for us. Thank you Mathias!

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the animation festival in Annecy. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location, which is easy to find (20 minutes from the city center), quiet and beautiful. The hosts are very attentive and we were hosted very well from the 1st day. In addition, the pool is particularly pleasant. We recommend 100%. Signed Rémi, Justine and Célia.

We spend a lovely long weekend relaxing by the pool. Was fantastic for the children, and fully equiped for a carefree stay. Just to note, which Flore did explain, the google maps/gps will lead you to an incorrect indentical address 20 mins away so be very vigilent with ordering ubers etc when imputting the address. All and all a lovely experience. Will come again!

Thanks to Marc for hosting us and for his lovely accommodation. We really enjoyed the calm of the place after our walks. The cottage is very cozy and functional. The small pool and terrace is a plus. We recommend it for the location if you're looking for a little quiet outside of Annecy.
