House vacation rentals in Lajes do Pico

No words can describe our experience at this amazing vila. It was absolutely amazing: the house itself is very well located, the views are stunning. Marcos and Diana were very helpful in everything we needed. Pico island is an amazing place on earth and to get to know the island like we did was only possible with this 5 star accommodation. We chilled, we had swims in the infinity pool, had great barbecues…I will be back for sure. Thanks to all the staff and especially to Marcos for all the hospitality and kindness.

Great view, modern and well equipped house. Each bedroom has an own bathroom which is great + everything looks like in the pictures. The host was very flexible with the check-in and there were some welcome snacks and water upon arrival. We would come back :)

He's probably the best host that I ever had the pleasure of working with. He is so nice and sincere. I arrived with a laundry list of travel issue none related to his air bnb or really his concern. He even helped me after I checkee out. Seriously nicest man ever. The place is clean and great parking. It's small but perfect for when exploring the island. Do yourself a favor and book it now.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb above Madelena. It was a great choice to stay on the outskirts. Stunning view from the house: lovely to spend time outside with a book or just watching the sun set over the ocean and island. The house itself is very comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time with Jörg and Plonja! The reception was warm, the communication super straightforward. Everything was exceptionally clean – we have not experienced any other accommodation in the Azores that was so well maintained. The beds are very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen great, the outdoor area with pool, sauna and sea view a dream. Despite the proximity of the hosts, you have full privacy. We had a wonderful stay in Nico’s house. The view cannot be beat! The house was spacious and very comfortable for our family of 5. Nico was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants and activities. He also personally met us at the ferry terminal to help us get settled on Pico as well as showing us where the grocery store and bakery was. House was quiet and all the amenities including some Pico treats to greet us. Highly recommend!

Cleide was very sweet and welcoming. The house was very cool. The heated pool is very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely place! Beautiful and clean house in the prettiest environment. If you just wanna lay back for a while, this is the perfect place.

We were super well settled in Germano's house! The beds were super comfortable, we slept beautifully and woke up fresh every day. You can see the attention to detail, everything was super clean and the kitchen was super well-equipped, it had everything we needed. Germano was also impeccable in his local suggestions, he got it right, both in the places to eat and in the tours. We really feel at home. Fully recommended.

This apartment exceeded all my expectations. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even for a longer period. The view from the terrace is unbeatable — perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and some local cheese. Communication with Sónia was easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who loves peace and quiet combined with beautiful nature.

The place is really beautiful and you felt right at home. 😍 You are right on the sea. However, this accommodation is not recommended without a rental car, as it is just under 25 minutes' drive from Madalena and thus from shopping and restaurants. However, if you love peace and quiet like we do, this is the right place. At night, however, the peace is less, as Azorean ducks keep you awake in search of a nest. 😅 All in all, still recommended. 🙃

We love Diana's place! what an amazing view, . the faja is peaceful, stunning. stay here for sure! make sure you stay for a few nights to really take advantage and relax fully! we'll be back I'm sure! Diana's so friendly, helpful and it's great to meet the owner which can be a rarity these days on Airbnb we would've loved to have stayed for longer!

Lovely position overlooking Sao Roque, but a 20 minute walk uphill from the ferry so if that’s a problem recommend a taxi! Noelie was very helpful and quick to respond. The cottage is very well equipped and homely. Everything worked very well and we especially appreciated the gifts she left for us, as well as the Pastelaria just along the road.

We loved our stay at Marcia's place. Marcia is a very friendly and responsive host. The place is just wonderful. It's a beautiful Azores house with a small private terrace and a private garden right in front of the sea. The place is located in Lajes, about 30min drive from the busies Madalena. We loved our runs, walks, and swims in the areas surrounding the house.

Michal is very responsive and gentle. The place is beautiful and SUPER clean and modern. We LOVED the place and the view WOW!

Great place to stay, warm welcome with local advice, near by local nature and restaurants.

We had a great time here. The property is on the other side of the island from the airport, so it takes a bit to get there and, because of that, is less touristy. There are some cute towns nearby (10-15 min drive) and there is also a natural pool/swimming area a few short flights right down from the house. We had a great time swimming there and then going out to eat nearby. Ivan was super responsive - even helping us figuring out how to cover for a cash-only breakfast when our ATM card wasn’t working.

Very clean house, spacious, large terrace and fantastic views of the island of Sao Jorge. His mother lives nearby, and she is very friendly and helpful, and he is always helpful

The views from the house are simply stunning no matter what the weather. The open plan living makes a very social space with plenty of room. We enjoyed watching the birds of prey from the terrace and listening to the Cory Shearwater birds. Magma restaurant is less than a minutes walk, although we didn't visit as we preferred to cook at home ( there is an outdoor kitchen area) and enjoy the views. would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice and warmly decorated apartment where you feel right at home with beautiful views over the ocean! Anything you need is present. Location is great for exploring the island. Marianna is a very pleasant and helpful woman with good tips. Recommended!

Very nice place with great views from the terrace! The house is nicely quiet and very well equipped. The communication in advance was extremely straightforward and pleasant. Definitely a recommendation for a stay in Pico!

If you look for a quiet, peaceful and very comfortable place to stay on Pico Island, I would advise Bruno's! Very clean, tidy and complete. I really enjoyed my stay!
