Charming fisherman's house, newly renovated. Single-story house of 70 m2 plus a veranda, enclosed garden out of sight and a covered place to store your bikes, beach games. Located a 10-minute walk from the center of the village, its shops and market as well as the water and 1.5 km from the beaches. Ideal for 4 to 6 people with two bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and the other with a double bed and two bunk beds, a kitchen separate from the living room. Parking is available in front of the house.

45 m2 accommodation includes a living room/kitchen. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed. One cabin bedroom with a 80 x 180 bunk bed. Linens and sheets included. A bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The annex includes a terrace and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. (watch your step when opening the gate) Access to private and independent accommodation. The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)

Terrace with garden table and chairs. Linens and towels are provided. WIFI included. In July and August, 7 nights minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
