A neat, well-equipped and spacious (61 m2) apartment in the cultural block with its own sauna and glazed terrace. Good WIFI and smart TV. Private parking space in a warm garage, accessible by elevator. A quiet house and a good playground in the courtyard of the house. Right next door are the Museum of Visual Arts Malva and the restaurants Malskin Bistro, Kahiwa and Ant Brew.
