Cabin vacation rentals in Lahti

We had a great weekend (Fri-Sun) with a group of 9 men. The cottage is well-connected. A very large yard offers all the opportunities to spend time. There was a stunning beach view from the deck and inside. The beach was still freezing. The game room Darts with its paintings and billiards was fantastic. The interior was really functional, cozy, and spacious for our crew. We found all the necessary furniture, dishes, etc. ready. It was easy to communicate with the host. Responses always came in minutes. The sauna was spacious and bought for an additional fee was a great addition to the ensemble. I'm sure you'd love to stay here regardless of the season. Overall, the setting was an absolute 6/5 and provided the most memorable weekend of the year. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

An easy and seamless stay for a small group in a nice cottage in a comfortable location!

A clean and lovely sauna cottage. The host offered to heat up the sauna, so we got to the sauna and the hot tubs right away. The host's apartment next to the sauna cottage didn't detract from the visit, we were left alone throughout the visit. Lovely place to relax, testimonials! 😊

An atmospheric and well-equipped cottage with good outdoor terrain. Not spoiled, but we found everything we needed. In the summer, I'm sure it's even nicer, when you can use the outdoor patio and other outdoor areas, now it's not a joy in the rain.

Four of our friends looked for a quiet getaway from the city for a few nights. Truly grateful that we found Hill Pocket. The hut sits in an enchanted mossy forest at the edge of an impressive cliff. Thanks to the cliff, the view from the patio and the sauna is amazing. We visited in September, so we had the privilege to sit at the patio watching and listening to flocks of cranes migrating to the south. The hut is cozy and spacious and the sauna deserves a medal. We found plenty of tasteful, artsy touches in and around the hut, it was great fun to explore the surroundings. All in all, a unique experience. Not every day that you stumble upon such a cool hut for rent.

We stayed as a family over the Christmas period. Everything was beautiful, the cabin is bigger than it looks in the pictures and it was so comfortable and peaceful we were all so relaxed. The caretaker Jussi was onhand whatever our query, was friendly and very responsive. We loved the snow, the children played for hours in the snow and the caretaker even got a Christmas tree ready for us. It was a magical Christmas and I would love to return in the summer months. We'll worth the stay. Shops are a 10-15 min drive away so a car is a must.

Nice cabin in the owner's yard. The lovely wood sauna was just right for two and good steam! Everything you need was found in the cottage. The owners were friendly and the dog was cute! It's hard to swim when there's so much plant in the water. That was the only minus. However, the owner kindly tried to rake it off so we could take a dip after the sauna!

Very nice cottage in nature. beautiful area to relax in nature. A great location for swimming and fishing. You have to plan to eat at the cottage during the stay, grocery store 15-20 minutes away but no restaurants. Recommended for nature lovers

Jari was a great host, always responsive before, during and after the stay. The place is perfect for families and a small group of friends. The outdoor seating is just amazing. The only downside are the beds with old mattresses

We stayed for two nights at Juha's place and everything was as described. He was communicating proactive and replied very fast. The cottage is well equipped for up to six people. Location great if you use the skiing facilities in Messilä. Definitely recommend

We spent a peaceful and relaxing New Year in this lovely 😊cottage The cottage had everything we needed, and the setting was excellent in every way, especially the comfy bed and the big yard, where the dog was safe outdoors free.

Otto's place is a true treasure - A place to feel good with lots of privacy in the middle of nature. The amenities and design of the villa are great and high quality. Jussi welcomed us warmly. We were in the sauna in the hot tube every day as well as ice bathing in the lake. In addition, we were able to marvel at the aurora for 3 days. I'm sure we'll be back! Thanks a bunch

We spent the weekend with our child and children. The cottage was just as described and thus the right fit for our needs, our small grandchildren were well cared for. Clean and peaceful place with good steam in the sauna😊

We spent a great time here. Jorma is very hospitable and checked in on us regularly. He also gave us great tips for things to do in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub a lot. And used the boat every day. Thank you Jorma for everything.

Wow! What a simply magical place. On arrival, we were completely stunned and couldn't believe the whole plot was just for us alone. It's a truly serene and peaceful place to spend time - we swam in the lake, took the rowing boat out, relaxed in the sauna and simply sat staring at our beautiful surroundings. The main cabin was comfortable and cosy and had everything we needed. Also nearby there was a grocery store to pick up food, which was very convenient. We sadly only spent two nights at Minna's but we didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back! 1000% recommended!
