Proximity to cozy restaurants, shops, grocery store, cafes, pharmacy, cinema and liquor store. We have a hypoallergenic dog in the house. The kitchen has a stove but not an oven. Distance 450 meters to Lagan where you can fish with a fishing license. 400 meters to grocery store 950 meters to the city center 1.5 km to Glänningesjö where there are docks and diving towers. 6 km to Mellbystrand where there is a shopping center and Sweden's longest sandy beach. Easy to take public transport here. Grönkulla stop about 250 meters. Private entrance on the second floor (stairs) with a small wooden deck with dining table and chairs right outside the door.
