The small art remise along the Weiltal and Weilstrasse in the Taunus is a small 55 square metre cottage on a former mill estate. Heated exclusively with wood, the shed invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere or to explore the Weiltal or Lahntal by bike. On the property right next to the stream you can meet dogs, cats, chickens and even the occasional egg. Most recently, the remise was used as a studio, and now art objects by regional artists continue to enliven the space.

Very nice old building apartment for two to four guests in a historic mill. Perfect for a hiking vacation or relaxation. In a picturesque location, outside the Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.

Enjoy long summer days in the garden on the large sun terrace - surrounded by greenery and a large lavender field. This attracts crowds of butterflies and bumblebees in summer. In the cold season, make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace, in the brand new infrared sauna or by the campfire.

Small, charming double room on historic farm. Own entrance, access to garden, river (swimming area) and forest. Ideal for relaxing and hiking. The Weiltalweg, a cycling and hiking trail between Schmitten and Weilburg, leads above the house. Important: the room is not large, 12 square meters. There is TV, dishes, cutlery, a kettle, a fridge, a French press, but no kitchen! This includes a mini bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Cozy wooden cabin

This cozy wooden house is located in a small HOLIDAY VILLAGE on the Westerwaldsteig. With up to six people you can enjoy nature here! You can go hiking or swimming in the Secker pond. When it gets cold, you can light a fire in the oven. Sit on the terrace and enjoy the summer. The house has simple furnishings, but now also Wi-Fi! Our lovingly furnished, cozy vacation home is located in the idyllic village of Lützel, which, with its location right on the Rothaarsteig, offers the ideal accommodation for hikers, families or couples.
