A 300 mts de la Playa Los Farallones y 700mts de la playa La Venturosa donde hay sombrilla reservada. Estacionamiento para 1 auto (interior), hasta 3 autos más en la parte externa. Cuenta además con área de piscina patera y parrilla en el 3er piso. No se permiten fiestas. Solo familias. No es parte de un condominio.

Duplex apartment beautifully decorated on the sea front. Views of the sea and the beach from the living room and the terrace which has a small pool. The modern apartment has 3 bedrooms all with en suit bathrooms. Frontline only 50m to the beach which is one of the most beautiful to the South of Lima. Playa Caballeros belongs to Punta Hermoso which is only 40 km south of Lima. In the town of Punta Hermosa there are very good restaurants, goceries and bakeries.

Brand new furnished 3 bedrooms flat in the best area of Barranco, close to restaurants, museums, parks, and major roads. Living space of 90m2. We won't share the flat with another group of guests. It's located in a secure building that has Gym, Terrace, S. Pool, and additional areas as a Function room and BBQ (T&C applies). Unfortunately, there are one construction site around and some noise could be expected from 8am to 5pm during weekdays.

Las fotos muestran el espacio tal cual es. Reynaldo fue muy amable y respondía siempre con prontitud. El depa es grande y cómodo. La terraza es la mejor parte. Tiene todo lo que necesitas y se siente seguro. Se siente un poco alejado de los restaurantes, pero en realidad están a solo 15 minutos caminando. Llegas a la playa Santa María caminando en menos de 10 minutos (si cortas camino por el terreno de al lado). Si tienes dificultades para movilizarte, los 4 pisos sin ascensor pueden ser un reto, pero si no, todo excelente.

Our stay was ver comfortable, Carla and her mother are very kind and responsive hosts. The place was exactly as they described it, clean and every necessary place was near the house. The made us feel like home. The view to the beach is amazing and the terrace is a great spot to chill and enjoy the sunset, also to enjoy a delicious barbecue. Totally recommended.

El edificio está ubicado centricamente a pocos metros de la bajada a la playa. El mercado y parques están cerca por lo que puedes hacer las compras sin problemas para abastecerte. El departamento está muy bien distribuido por lo que llevar a la familia y/o amigos no será incómodo. Tiene una bicicleta para que puedas salir a pasear. El que sea PETFRIENDLY y tenga una linda terraza también es algo super bueno. En general lo pasamos genial! La actitud de Gloria y predisposición son un plus que pocos host te dan. Gracias!
