What a fantastic beach-getaway! Richard was so fun and friendly when we checked in, and we felt right at home. The home was gorgeous and just yards away from the beach, and had a beautiful patio for relaxing in the sunshine. We hope to come back soon for another trip!

Satisfied with the place

Given that the second bathroom in outside with a quick walk down side of house, it was lovely and big. Yes, the home is older but extra cozy. The beds were good and small kitchen perfect for cooking. Could use one more serving bowl. Location was divine! short walk to Marine Street and ferry. A quiet, lovely street. We loved the french doors and half doors to let a beach breeze circulate. Washer and dryer were convenient. Parking always available on street. Granted, it is not brand new but had all we needed. Could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Nice clean place to stay! Close to the beach We had a party of 10 and there was a great amount of space. We arrived a little early and they were able to let us check in early There were boogie boards and a surf board in the garage the kids had fun with.

Lovely place on Catalina Island with views galore! We very much enjoyed the decks all with harbor/ocean views. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and made it easy for us to eat breakfast in and enjoy the restaurants right down the hill for the rest of the time. The great views come by being at the top of a lot of stairs (they are shown in the photos). It was no problem for us but it could be a problem for older guests or young children. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommended!

Loved the house. The pool an hot tub were really clean and the kids had a blast. House was clean, all rooms were great size and the bathrooms were really nice.

Had a great time at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas. John was a great host. Our unit was ocean view, 2nd floor, spacious and fantastic.

We absolutely loved it there! We were looking for a place to stay for our family vacation where we would feel at ease and comfortable and this place absolutely nailed it! And the place was so beautifully furnished and decorated. Also we had enough space, since the place had a big living / dining room and kitchen.

A wonderful home! Our family had plenty of space for the kids, parents, and grandparents. Everyone had their own room. It was amazing to have four bedrooms all on the first floor. There was a beautiful yard the kids just loved with citrus trees. The kitchen table was nice and big so we could all eat together. The thick towels were very comfy. The kitchen counter was beautiful, would use that in my home, it was so nice. Neighborhood was quiet. We would love to come again here. Ideal for families.

Paul wants his guests to have a to experience staying at this property. I have rented many properties through Airbnb, but none of the owners have come close to being as lovely to work with as Paul! Added bonus The back yard is truly an oasis!

I had an amazing weekend stay at David's Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, David was incredibly welcoming and kind, ensuring I felt right at home. His attentiveness and genuine hospitality really made my stay special. The property itself was clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that David takes great care in maintaining the space and adding thoughtful touches for his guests. The location was ideal, offering a peaceful setting while still being convenient to local attractions.

This home was perfect for bringing together family. The three bedrooms were very comfortable with great beds and bedding. The downstairs living space was roomy with plenty of seating for our family gatherings. We had nightly dinners with family members joining us from surrounding areas and there was plenty of room for everyone without being crowded. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The location was perfect and convenient to go anywhere for us cause California traffic is always busy. They have whole garage set up entertainment for kid and adult we really enjoyed it. Its a big house so everyone has their own space. Great team to work with, we got quick response from host everytime.

The house was beautiful! Very close to the event we went to! And very dog friendly! Definitely worth the stay!

Worth every penny. This Airbnb was super comfortable and I loved staying here for my visit. The couch and blankets were so good I’m gonna search for the same blanket for myself! It was the perfect spot for my friends to hangout at and there was plenty of room. I loved the activities that were provided during our stay, such as the garage that had the pool table and TV for us to hangout in. The backyard was so amazing and it was the perfect spot to have our meals at! The bathrooms were splendid and clean. If you are on the fence about staying here, I would say that this was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at and would highly recommended it! Five out of five stars across the board!
