Farah place was very nice and clean. Although the directions seem confusing at first it’s actually really easy. Farah was very responsive. The place is super clean and big. Definitely would recommend staying. And it was down the street from the Irvine spectrum!

Cute space with beachy vibes and good location! Easy to walk to everything. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was clean and roomy. We were able to cook a little and enjoy time in kitchen and living area. The pool and hot tub on grounds were amazing. It was also nice to walk around The Village apartment complex. We love the little market in the interior village. Thanks Lilly. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay. Looks just like the photos. Place is quiet, very clean, modern, spacious and nicely decorated. Perfect location to restaurants, shopping and OC airport. The host was really friendly and responsive which made it easy getting settled in. Overall experience was wonderful. We will stay again. Highly recommended.

This is my first time ever booking an airbnb. The host sent a list and picture visuals for instructions on how to get in whether it was with or without a car. This made it extremely smooth and understanding to know how to get to the location of the airbnb. A parking spot and guest parking was provided. The host was able to always answer my questions and even gave us an extra 30 mins for us to check out since we were a little behind. Place looked exactly like the pictures, everything was clean and tidy and they even provided toiletries and towels, full sets of cups, plates, and silverware, cooking ingredients (sauces and stuff) and it just felt like home. We didn’t need to buy anything extra because everything was provided for us. Lux Properties is outstanding and was an amazing host and provided us with an amazing living space for a one night stay. Thank you so much, and if me and my friends ever plan on coming down again, we will definitely book with Lux Properties! :)

I really can’t say enough about my experience at Andrew’s place! Super comfy. Super thoughtful. Great bedding and pillows. Many good instructions. Awesome coffee shop in the lobby. Felt super safe. Nice and friendly staff and neighbors. Free Parking. I was down for a conference at the convention center and I could walk everywhere. Friends also stayed in the building and we all looked at each others places and Andrew’s by far was the nicest! And Andrew made everything super easy. thank you!!!!

The apartment was clean and modern, and it had everything we needed. The building felt very safe, and amenities like the gym and pool were nice.

We loved our stay at Shikai's condo! There was ample room for our family to hang out in the living room and balcony. The bedrooms were comfortable, two with attached bathrooms. And the closets in two of the bedrooms were big enough for a pack and play so the infants each had a quiet and dark space. The entire condo was clean and welcoming ... after you go up the 34 stairs to get to the living area ... but the view out the windows and on the balcony was stunning! We felt like we were in the penthouse of a posh hotel. To be clear, all of the living space is on one level, it's just upstairs. I would love to stay there again if we have another family function in the area. Garage parking was also a plus. Also, communication with Shikai was easy and he was very responsive. All in all, our family all gave this listing an enthusiastic two thumbs up.

Awesome little Beach hideaway in the heart of San Clemente. Everything we needed was there. Easy walking distance to the Ocean, Beaches and great restaurants. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to Return again in the future.

Had an amazing stay! Our absolute favorite part was the location. Waking up and opening the double doors to the sound of the beach was so relaxing! Beds were comfy, even the pull out couch. Had a great host that was quick with replies. Provided us a pack-n-play for our baby when requested. It was so fun to sit outside with a drink and people-watch on the bike/walking path while watching the sunset. There were really no cons except the outside cushions on the couch were a little dirty, and then got soaked from the rain one day and took long to dry. Maybe changing it to a table like the unit next door would be better!! Also, the no-AC didn’t bother us, was cool outside in the mornings and nights. Also they provided a couple fans that were found in the closet. Other than that, everything was great & would 100% stay again:)

My husband and I wanted the comfort of a home after extending a business trip. We had everything we needed at this apartment! We especially loved the view from the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the beautiful walking path nearby. I also appreciated SunnyStay’s excellent communication and instructions.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need to feel at home. The grounds are beautiful and you feel safe. They have a great cafe in the complex which was convenient for coffee and nibbles right around the corner. The location worked perfect for us. Whole Food and restaurants were walkable. A beautiful outdoor mall with more restaurants within 5 minutes. Short 20 minute drive to Laguna beach. We would recommend and would stay here again.

Exactly as advertised! This apartment is absolutely awesome, with a wonderfully brand new feel throughout. The beds were comfortable, and we especially loved the split two-bedroom layout and having two bathrooms. It's a very secure, gated, private, and quiet location. Highly recommend! Vic was also a great and communicative host

Brandon was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire trip, and the experience was fantastic. Everything - from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedding was clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

Very clean, cute decor, comfortable and spacious (for our family of 5people), has a lot of ample amenities even for kids! Clubhouse, pool & jacuzzi access. Securities at the gate were friendly and the Neighbors mostly seem don't mind having Air BnB guests in a gated community. Walking to Waldorf hotel took about 10m, beach about 20m. But the restaurants and stores were in short driving distance. We really enjoyed this spot. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Great location, walkable distance to restaurants. Clean, private, well furnished. Lots of additional things are provided (I.e filtered water, eating utensils, bowls, plates, detergent, extra blankets, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner). It has everyone we needed and more

I run into locations I don’t enjoy quite often but this was not one of them. I was very happy and impressed with the cleanliness & the quality of furniture!! It’s a cute set up, it’s simple, everything in the unit works perfectly fine. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very satisfied and will be returning!
