Kid-friendly vacation rentals in LaGrange County

Julia opened her home to our family after we suffered a house fire. Julia is a great Host, very responsive, helpful, and always checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything and my family will forever be grateful. The house was perfect felt right at home, loved the views and location was safe and peaceful. Home was just as described, clean.

This place was so homey. It was perfect for spending time with family we don’t get to see very often. I only wish it had been warmer weather so we could have spent more time outdoors. Still, there was plenty to keep us entertained inside.

My friends and I used the Hummingbird Cottage for a "Cozy Retreat" and it was everything we could have asked for and MORE! The house was so very well stocked with little extra things here and there that made us feel right at home! HIGHLY recommend to anyone wanting a cozy (but very roomy) and quiet place to stay in Shipshewana ❤️

We truly enjoyed staying at Michelle's place. It is clean, comfortable and it felt like home with lots of extra touches. Michelle was so easy to communicate with to arrange the details of our stay, always quick to respond. The house is close to everything we wanted to do in town.We would love to stay there again.

LaVera runs a very nice lodging and treats her guests with utmost respect. Our schedule seemed to be at odds with her availability so we really didn’t get a chance to meet face to face but we communicated through text and she was always very timely in her responses. Our rental was beautifully decorated, squeaky clean and very comfortable and cozy! We didn’t take time to cook or use the kitchen but it was well-stocked with pots, pans, etc! We would definitely love to stay again!

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever rented in terms of wonderful, kind hosts, kid friendly environment for our toddler, wonderful atmosphere, and clean, inviting space! Fern went above and beyond with communication and making sure we were comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place 110%!

We had a wonderful overnight stay/. The Half Moon Cottage is just lovely and its right by the bike path so we were able to ride our bikes in to town for breakfast? Nice spaces outside even had rabbits and birds visiting. If we are ever in Goshen in the future, we know where we are staying!

Great stay! Close to RV manufacturers while we were here for service. Comfortable, clean, nice kitchen came in handy for cooking. Would stay again!

This was our second stay at Wildwood and it was just as lovely as the first time. We wanted to spend some time in Shipshewana, Middlebury and Goshen and this location is perfect for all those places. It's so peaceful and has everything you could need. The cookies Lynette leaves are DELISH and she's so quick to respond if you should need anything. I'm sure we'll be back again some day!

Kay was very responsive. Set up very well. met a friend there before going to a Notre Dame game. It essentially was set up like a master bedroom on each side of the house. The living room was comfortable. Easy check-in, easy to get in the house, good recommendations for local restaurants.

We had a wonderful experience with Rose and the Air BNB. The apartment is perfectly located, clean and comfortable. Rose and her husband her extremely accommodating and flexible when we needed to add an extra day on last minute. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone need a relaxing and comfortable spot in Goshen.

We stayed here for five nights while in town for a memorial service. This was absolutely, hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had yet! The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt totally safe. The unit was spotless and so comfortable! Exactly as pictured, which is so refreshing!! Everything was well cared for and we had so much room for our things. Sharon was kind enough to leave water, coffee and a few welcome snacks, which is so nice and unexpected! The bed is also comfy with premium sheets and more than enough towels. The deep bathtub was also a pleasant surprise. The reason for our visit was a sad occasion, but the warm, comfortable acomodations really helped us cope - it felt like home. This will be our “go to” place when we come to visit family!
