A jewel in the middle of nature! The cabin is cozy and perfect for disconnecting, and the tinaja offers a magical experience under the stars. The host was very attentive and made us feel right at home. We will definitely come back to enjoy this paradise again. 5 stars well deserved.

Great location in a pretty new lakeside cottage. Well-equipped kitchen and great pellet stove, which creates a cozy warmth on cold evenings. Check-in and out was uncomplicated, you get the instructions by email/message and in the afternoon there is also someone on site for instruction!

La Roulotte is a true oasis of peace surrounded by nature. Just 700 meters from the center, but far enough from the noise, it is the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. The cabin is beautiful, surrounded by fruit trees, with a hammock that invites you to rest and starry nights that leave you breathless. Sandra was an amazing host, she gave us great recommendations and even fruits from the same place. Definitely a magical place to relax and connect with the tranquility of the environment. We would definitely go back!

Both hosts treated us very well, super attentive. The best thing was that they accepted my dogs, obviously responsible pet ownership and cleanliness on our part. It is a private and quiet place, special to disconnect. The lake is close, you can go on foot or by car. The cabin is rustic style, it has everything you need to feel at home.

Mrs. Elina and Don Omar are a 7, I felt as if I had arrived at a relative's house, they were very attentive and kind, they gave us a tour of the entire area, showing us the types of trees. We loved the place, the tranquility and nature that surrounds the cabin. I went with two little dogs and no problem with the dogs on the property. We will definitely be back.

The place is beautiful and quiet, it is in the forest and the windows allow you to enjoy the environment even in bad weather. It is accessible from the route and there is space indoors for parking. It has everything to cook, it's well equipped. The internet is intermittent. Keep in mind bringing cash for the firewood for heating since in the area it is difficult to get if you are a foreigner. Thank you Judith for your willingness to fix the issue.

We lack the words to describe the experience we had in the cabin, disconnecting from the world and living in the forest. Really a beautiful, cozy, comfortable place, with everything you need to rest without worries in the middle of a reserve full of places to visit, the attentive host. The cabin is full of details to live a unique experience, from the music that Carlos shares in his cabin, to the books, the view, everything! 1000% recommended.

Excelete accommodation, beautiful cottage just like the photos, in a private and quiet environment, surrounded by forest. The cabin had everything to be comfortable, we didn't go cold and even wait for us with the stove on. We recommend 100% for hospitality, quality of service and also for being in a great location to go to all the tourist attractions. We were offered an exquisite homemade kuchen, a must to try, we recommend to consult Judith and Fernando to order it. We would book again without a doubt, if we have the opportunity to visit the area again.

An incredible experience from the end. From the moment we arrived, Cecilia welcomed us with snacks, a detail that made us feel welcome right away. Communication was clear at all times, with precise instructions that made our stay very easy. The place was exactly what we needed: comfortable, clean and very quiet, ideal to rest. The cabin is very nice and is literally located in a beautiful forest. Ideal for disconnecting. Definitely recommended. Now, I think there are things that could be improved: 1. Equipment is missing: sheets are missing to change the sheets, the ones in the children's rooms were transparent. A microwave wouldn't hurt. There is no WiFi, and the signal is very bad, that was positive for us, but other people might not like it. A minus for the sum, super good.

They were exquisite days in the cabin. It is very beautiful, spacious and bright. You can tell there was concern when designing it and also when furnishing and decorating it. It has its own natural forest, with lots of vegetation, even copihues!! Laura's mom was wonderful, we had the lodge temperate on arrival and lent us a box with Legos for our kids to play, she can't imagine how much those Legos helped us!! Their dogs are amazing! they played with our kids and were very tender and careful with them. My children loved them. Finally, the cabin has a very good location, in a few minutes we could reach both the center of Valdivia and take a route immediately to Niebla or back to Santiago. Without hesitation, when I return to Valdivia, I will be back there. 100% recommended.
