House located in a safe, quiet area. It is not close to downtown Osorno (there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby) but there are neighborhood stores to stock up. Good heating, the shower works well, everything is super!

The house is nice and cozy, everything was impeccable. It is very central for those who want to be close to services. Highly recommended

Everything was good. It had all the necessary implements to survive. As a note, maybe the stove doesn't work too well. We made some noodles and it took about 1 hour hahaha 😅 and I lost sight of the car as it was a bit far from the house, but everything was fine. There was soap, towels, a kettle, an electric oven, a refrigerator, sugar, plates, and glasses. The bed had a separate atmosphere, so to speak, and overall it was excellent and I would go back a thousand times.

We loved our stay! The staff was amazing. They were super helpful. We wish we had time to use the hot tub!

Wonderful apartment, spotless, the view is even nicer than you see in photos, it's a magical place with a trail that you can walk around and enjoy nature, the apartment is extremely comfortable , it has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay, we will definitely come back

Very nice place, comfortable, cozy and with a lot of space for my dog to run and play, the only thing is that the climb is inclined, but I was in a hyundai i10 and went up impeccable, of course only me above the car lol otherwise everything was impeccable, the host is very friendly and worried🤭.

We were amazed by the surroundings and the cabin, the tranquility and comfort of it. Close to beaches, the host had chairs, sunshades and a cooler available for guests.

I would summarize my stay in: 1) Amazing host, from the first minute he was a 7 with us. 2) The place was spotless, clean and tidy. 3) The cabin is very well-equipped, it literally had everything you need for your stay. 4) Don Claudio was friendly and very concerned about all of us, always attentive to our needs. I recommend this cabin and the host 100%. I would definitely return to this place.

Nicole and Karin are excellent hosts, k Karin has incredible patience with the dogs, we went with our two chubby ones, one of them large, and Karin welcomed them both as if they were her own, the place is beautiful, large, very private and easily accessible, we will definitely return

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, bright, it has the necessary kitchen accessories. It has an air for heating but reaches for the whole apartment.

The stay at El Retiro was excellent: an impeccable and cozy cabin, well equipped and air-conditioned, with a very comfortable bed and a hot shower that ensures rest. The books with the history of the area - available in the cabin -, the board games and the yoga mats are a great plus. In addition, Punucapa is a charming village for its landscape and tranquility, connected to Valdivia by a paved road in very good condition (under construction at the time of our trip but that did not cause any inconvenience), just over 20 minutes by car. El Retiro is a small house that is a pleasure to return to after a day of walking, and that even invites you to stay to enjoy the silence and greenery. Super recommended!
