A beautiful apartment in the center of Milan. I can highly recommend it. The check-in was very easy and straightforward, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need. It also has a lovely terrace.

Elena is a wonderful host who is quick to respond. The home is right on the lake with breathtaking views. Elena ensured the home was clean and ready for our arrival. She was very kind to provide welcome prosecco, coffee and some snacks. Elena and her husband were kind enough to provide recommendations and helped by making dinner reservations for us. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I would recommend their property to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful location directly on the lake.

Absolutely wonderful stay and amazing host. The apartment was exactly as described and the views and location were perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony, looking over the water and watching and hearing the people below. There are 2 wine bars just outside the door and also many restaurants. Alberto picked us up at the station and explained the apartment and area. Giorgio’s kindness was immeasurable. The trains had unexpectedly stopped running and he personally booked our transportation back to Milan and drove us to meet a new express bus. We could have never done this without him, as this was unpublished at the time. What a wonderful man! Varenna is a beautiful small village and there are many outstanding restaurants and things to do. Our highlight was taking a cooking class with Chef Marco, Chef’s Table, and later dining at his new restaurant, La Scarpetta. We recommend visiting the villas in town, taking the Taxi Boat to Villa Balbianello and hiking to the waterfall in Fiumelatte.

Very pleased with our stay. A wonderful location. Luca was so helpful in meeting us to escort us to the property as it is located in a no drive /traffic section. We could not ask for anything more. Luca was always helpful, answering our questions and helped us to manage parking. The property has the most beautiful views. We would highly recommend. Our experience was wonderful and can’t wait to return!

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

Giulio is a very kind and really super helpful host. He gave us maximum freedom for check-in and check-out, and recommended activities, restaurants and typical places in Lecco. The apartment was clean, tidy, equipped with everything, in a quiet neighborhood and with a breathtaking view of the lake. Fantastic experience, perfect host! Thanks again Giulio!☺️

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

We had a lovely time- With a beautiful view, which was worth the sweat up and down the stairs. Kathi's guidebook is so helpful and we had the best Lake Como swim just a few steps away! We managed to still work remotely, the WIFI was stable enough for video calls, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a 5 star stay! If Daisy had an elevator & AC I would've given her 10 stars!

Beautiful place and stunning view! Very private and the pool and surroundings were such an added bonus. The one thing we wish we did was rent a car because only a few restaurants are nearby and you have to walk on the main highway. But it was a wonderful stay and Vicky was great at communication!

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Thank you Nicoletta for our stay in this beautiful, peaceful and totally relaxing apartment. Sitting on the terrace at all times of the day and night with just the sounds of the waves, church bells and occasional boats was unbelievably relaxing. The immediate locality was so friendly - we loved the cafe aurora which had the warmest welcome and lovely home cooked food - also the Giardano a Lago was a lovely place to enjoy a drink with generous portions of food right by the lake- but it was also magical to eat in the apartment sitting on the terrace as the sun went down and the lights across the lake started to twinkle. The C25 bus, which was mostly reliable. made heading along the coast to Como or Agregno (where we had the most fabulous 2 hours on the lake after renting a boat from the company you suggested) so very easy and we were very glad not to have a car. Thank you again for all your suggestions and help and we hope to return before too long - a perfect holday destination.

We stayed with Samuele in Galbiate for almost 10 days and found exactly what we were looking for: peace, nature and relaxation. The location is ideal for walks in the nearby forest. The welcome by Samuele was warm, he showed us everything in peace and gave great tips. The farewell by his mother was also very kind. The fenced garden was perfect for our dog, the pool a treat on warm days and the fireplace wonderfully cozy in the evening. The view is fantastic and the crickets crickets create a special evening atmosphere. Our tip: shop before in a supermarket, then you can enjoy the days undisturbed. Absolutely recommended! Thanks Samuele, we'd love to come back.

Dario is a lovely man and great host. So friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and he has a very calm kind manner about him. The apartment was beautiful and perfectly placed to navigate all of Lecco and beyond. We wish we could have stayed longer! Would recommend Dario and his beautifully furnished apartment! Xxx

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect: peaceful, quiet, and the kind of breathtaking views that truly stay with you. Mattia was beyond responsive and generous throughout our entire stay. He and Daniela went above and beyond in every way, making us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The home itself was spotless, beautifully inviting, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Great location for a family. Centrally located and great view about. Washer was great and the outdoor space allowed us to dry our clothes quickly. It was nice for everyone to have space to spread out.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with a great view. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

Lisa and her family were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts. They met us shortly after we arrived helped us park our van and carry in our bags. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and we ended up booking a lovely boat ride on Lake Como with Lisa as our captain. The apartment was as pictured and was comfortable for our family.
