This small cottage of 30m2 will be perfect for your weekends, holidays or business trips. Entirely made by us in an old wine building, Charlotte wanted to decorate it on the theme of Tournesol, emblematic flower of the Charentes and Tintin, famous comic strip, since we are 30 minutes from Angouleme, capital of comics. Quiet cottage, surrounded by vineyards, 10 min from the N10. A relaxation area with Jacuzzi is available as a paid option (book 24 hours in advance)

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with the vineyards in perspective. It has one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The sea is about an hour away. Quality restaurant in the village The independent accommodation is adjacent to our home. It's a very simple but well-equipped place to stay.
